پاسخ آنزیم‌های آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز، آلانین آمینوترانسفراز و آلکالین فسفاتاز به تمرین هوازی و مصرف ژل‌رویال در بیماران مالتیپل اسکلروزیس

سابقه و هدف: بیماری مالتیپل ­اسکلروزیس (ام اس) با تغییرات پاتولوژیکی زیادی در ارتباط است و آسیب‌های کبدی یکی از مهم‌ترین پیامدهای آن می ­باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر تمرین هوازی و مصرف ژل­رویال بر آنزیم‌های AST، ALT و ALP بیماران مالتیپل ­اسکلروزیس بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش نیمه ­تجربی، 42 نفر بیمار مبتلا به ام‌اس در 4 گروه: 1- ورزش+ژل­ رویال (10 نفر)، 2- ورزش+دارونما (10 نفر)، 3- ژل­ رویال (11 نفر) و 4- دارونما (11 نفر) تقسیم شدند. تمرین به مدت 6 هفته، هر هفته 3 جلسه روی چرخ کارسنج و با شدت 60 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه آغاز شد. سپس شدت تمرینات به‌صورت پلکانی افزایش یافت و در هفته ششم به 80 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه رسید. دوز مصرف روزانه ژل­ رویال 1000 میلی‌گرم بود. غلظت سرمی آنزیم‌های کبدی پیش و پس از انجام پژوهش اندازه‌گیری شد.
نتایج: مقادیر آنزیم‌های AST، ALT و ALP در مقایسه با پیش‌آزمون در گروه‌های «ورزش+ژل­ رویال» و «ورزش+دارونما» کاهش معنی‌داری داشتند (0/05>P). همچنین آنزیم ALT در گروه «ژل­ رویال» نیز کاهش معنی‌داری را نشان داد. نتایج تحلیل آماری نشان از کاهش معنی‌دار این آنزیم‌ها در گروه‌های «ورزش+ژل­ رویال» و «ورزش+دارونما» در مقایسه با گروه‌های «کنترل» و «ژل ­رویال» در پایان هفته ششم داشت (0/05>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد تمرین هوازی به همراه مصرف ژل­رویال بیشترین اثر کاهنده بر مقادیر سرمی آنزیم‌های کبدی را در بین بیماران مالتیپل ­اسکلروزیس داشته، باعث تأثیر مثبت بر آنزیم‌های کبدی و به‌ویژه مقادیر آنزیم ALT بیماران می‌شود.
