نقش الگوهای تمرینات هوازی بر یادگیری و عملکرد حافظه: یک مقاله مروری

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش‌های دهه‌های اخیر، مداخله تمرینات ورزشی را به‌عنوان بخش برجسته سبک زندگی در مسیر افزایش عملکرد یادگیری و حافظه افراد نشان می‌دهند. بااین‌حال، هنوز سهم اندازه‌ی شدت کار و شیوه اجرای آن بر عملکرد بافت مغز به‌روشنی مشخص نیست. هدف این مطالعه، مرور غیرسیستماتیک در سازوکارهای رفتاری و برخی سلولی، با تأکید بر تأثیر تمرینات هوازی بر یادگیری و حافظه گونه‌های حیوانی و انسانی است.
مواد و روش‌ها: روش دسترسی به مقالات علمی بااستفاده از بانک‌های اطلاعاتی و کاربست کلیدواژه‌های تمرین هوازی، حافظه و یادگیری انجام گرفت. بازه زمانی جستجوی مقالات، از سال 2019-1999 میلادی است. سپس از 120 مقاله، 107 مورد مطالعه واجد شرایط پیرامون نقش ورزش هوازی بر سیستم عصبی انتخاب شد.
نتایج: براساس این یافته‌ها، مداخله منظم تمرینات هوازی (زیربیشینه) در گونه ­های حیوانی رت و انسان اثر معنی‌داری بر یادگیری و حافظه داشته است؛ برخی پژوهش‌ها نیز از عدم تأثیر مداخله طولانی­مدت تمرین هوازی، در افزایش یادگیری و حافظه حکایت داشت؛ اما همچنان، برآیند مثبت الگوهای تمرینات ورزشی بر نتایج اثرات منفی آن بر حافظه برتری دارد. با این حال برای بررسی نقش پارامترهای اندازه شدت کار، مدت و نوع ورزش بر کارکرد شناختی یادگیری و مطالعه نوروپپتیدهای جدید در بافت مغز به جستجوی علمی بیشتری نیاز هست.
نتیجه‌گیری: به­ نظر می‌رسد که نقش توان‌بخشی پروتکل‌های ورزش هوازی برای افزایش بازده سطح یادگیری با اهمیت باشد. همچنین نقش این عوامل در پیشگیری و درمان احتمالی بیماری‌های دستگاه اعصاب مرکزی وابسته به حافظه، قابل‌تأمل می‌باشد.
