تأثیر سطوح فعالیت بدنی و بالیدگی جسمانی بر شایستگی حرکتی کودکان شهر تهران

سابقه و هدف: سلامت جسمانی از مهم‌ترین سرمایه‌های انسانی است و شایستگی حرکتی می‌تواند موجب ارتقای این امر شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر سطوح فعالیت بدنی و بالیدگی جسمانی بر شایستگی حرکتی کودکان 11-8 ساله شهر تهران انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی - تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری، کودکان 11-8 ساله شهر تهران بودند که 205 نفر (105 دختر و 100 پسر) از آن‌ها به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ارزیابی سطح فعالیت بدنی با استفاده از پرسشنامه بین‌المللی سطح فعالیت بدنی (Physical Activity Questionnaire for Children)، شاخص بالیدگی جسمانی ازطریق روش خمیس - روشه و شایستگی حرکتی با استفاده از آزمون شایستگی حرکتی (TMC) ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندعاملی و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی تحلیل شد.
نتایج: نتایج تحلیل واریانس چندعاملی نشان داد که اثر اصلی سطح فعالیت بدنی معنادار نمی‌باشد (74/0 P=). کودکان با بالیدگی دیررس در هر سه سطح فعالیت بدنی دارای میانگین شایستگی حرکتی بهتری بودند. کودکان با سطح فعالیت بدنی بالا دارای میانگین شایستگی حرکتی بهتری نسبت به کودکان با سطح فعالیت بدنی متوسط و پایین بودند. اثر اصلی سطوح بالیدگی جسمانی، معنادار بود (0/001 =P).
نتیجه‌گیری: پیشنهاد می‌شود به‌منظور رشد شایستگی حرکتی، برنامه جامع و کاربردی در مدارس جهت افزایش سطح فعالیت بدنی و مهارتی در کودکان تدوین شود.
