Abstract:   (219 Views)
Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) imposes a substantial psychosocial, financial, and self-management burden on women. Drawing on findings from a prior qualitative study involving semi-structured interviews with 12 women undergoing ART and four infertility care providers—which identified four principal domains of support needs—this research evaluates three digital policy options within Iran's healthcare system. Among these, the development of an integrated national mobile health application emerges as the most comprehensive and sustainable strategy for enhancing treatment adherence, improving emotional well-being, and promoting access equity. This article offers evidence-based guidance for policymakers to prioritize and implement digital health interventions in resource-constrained settings.
