Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) treatments impose significant psychological, financial, and management burdens on women, despite clinical advances. The core problem is the lack of an integrated, accessible, and user-centered support system, leading to anxiety, treatment discontinuation, and misinformation. Key implementation considerations include resource allocation, privacy protection, integration with existing health systems, and user training. Feasible policy options are: 1) Developing a national mobile application with treatment management tools, verified educational content, and psychological support modules; 2) Integrating digital support services into existing fertility clinics and 3) Establishing a secure communication platform between patients and healthcare teams. A tailored mHealth solution can enhance treatment adherence, emotional well-being, and health outcomes for women undergoing ART in Iran.
