تأثیر تمرین تناوبی با شدت بالا بر عملکرد اندوتلیالی با تمرکز بر تغییرات بیان miR-16، ظرفیت تام آنتی‌اکسیدانی و مالون‌ دی‌آلدهید سرمی در مردان چاق

سابقه و هدف: اختلال در عملکرد اندوتلیالی ناشی از چاقی، می‌تواند به‌عنوان اوّلین گام در پیشرفت بیماری قلبی - عروقی در نظر گرفته شود. از این‌رو، تحقیق حاضر به‌منظور بررسی آثار تمرینات HIIT بر عملکرد اندوتلیالی ناشی از miR-16، ظرفیت تام آنتی‌اکسیدانی (TAC) و مالون دی‌آلدهید (MDA) سرمی در مردان چاق انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: 24 مرد داوطلب چاق با میانگین سنی 3±44 سال و 30BMI>، به‌صورت تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه تمرینی هشت هفته تمرینات HIIT را به‌صورت دایره‌ای (زانوبلند، پروانه، بورپی، کتل بل‌اسنچ و اسکات گابلت)، با شدت 90-80 درصد ضربان قلب کاروونن اجرا کردند (چهار هفته اوّل: سه جلسه و چهار هفته دوم: چهار جلسه در هفته). نمونه‌های خونی 48 ساعت قبل و بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرینی به‌منظور تحلیل شاخص‌هایmiR-16 ، NO، MDA و TAC سرمی از آزمودنی‌ها دریافت شد.
نتایج: هشت هفته تمرین HIIT در گروه تمرین، باعث افزایش معنی‌دار مقادیر NO و TAC و کاهش معنی‌دار MDA سرمی نسبت به مقادیر پیش‌آزمون شد (0/05˂P). همچنین، در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش معنی‌داری در سطوح miR-16 و MDA و افزایش معنی‌دار NO و TAC سرمی در گروه تمرین مشاهده شد (0/05˂P).
نتیجه‌گیری: احتمالاً تمرینات HIIT با اثرگذاری بر مقادیر miR-16 و کاهش استرس اکسایشی ناشی از چاقی، باعث تغییر مقادیر NO سرمی شده و با بهبود عملکرد اندوتلیالی می‌تواند از بروز بیماری‎‌های قلبی - عروقی و یا پیشرفت آن جلوگیری کند.
