اثر تمرینات مقاومتی با وزن بدن (TRX) بر سطوح سرمی پرپتین، آدروپین و فاکتورهای متابولیکی مرتبط با سندروم متابولیک در مردان سالمند دارای اضافه‌وزن

سابقه و هدف: پرپتین و آدروپین از سیتوکاین‌های درگیر در فرآیندهای متابولیکی هستند که با اضافه‌وزن و افزایش سن ارتباط دارند. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر 12 هفته تمرینات TRX بر سطوح سرمی پرپتین، آدروپین و فاکتورهای متابولیکی مرتبط با سندروم متابولیک در مردان سالمند دارای اضافه‌وزن بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی، تعداد 30 نفر از مردان سالمند دارای اضافه‌وزن با میانگین سنی (39/1±33/64) سال به‌صورت دردسترس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به‌طور تصادفی، در دو گروه تمرینی TRX و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی در یک برنامه تمرینی TRX، به‌مدت 12 هفته و هر هفته 3 جلسه به‌مدت 60 دقیقه به تمرین پرداختند. شدت تمرینات توسط مقیاس درک فشار بورگ (RPE) کنترل شد. قبل و بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین، مقادیر سرمی پرپتین، آدروپین و مقاومت به انسولین اندازه‌گیری شد.
نتایج: تمرینات TRX، موجب کاهش معنی‌داری در سطح سرمی پرپتین (0/0001=P) و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین (0/01=P) و افزایش معنی‌دار آدروپین (0/01=P) در پس‌آزمون گروه تجربی شد. همچنین نتایج آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که میزان پرپتین (0/0001=P) و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین (0/01=P) در گروه تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش معنی‌دار و سطح آدروپین افزایش معنی‌داری را نشان داد (0/001=P). مقادیر درصد چربی (0/019=P) در گروه تجربی کاهش معنی‌داری داشت (0/05>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌نظر می‌رسد تمرینات مقاومتی با وزن بدن با کاهش پرپتین و درصد چربی و افزایش آدروپین سرمی سالمندان دارای اضافه‌وزن در بهبود مارکرهای مرتبط با دیابت مؤثر باشد.
