تأثیر تمرین دویدن با شدت متوسط بر اختلال سیستم تولید‌مثلی ناشی از استیل سالیسیلیک ‌اسید (آسپیرین) در موش‌های صحرایی بالغ ویستار نر

سابقه و هدف: استیل سالیسیلیک اسید (ASA) یا آسپیرین، یکی از پر‌مصرف‌ترین داروها در جهان به شمار می‌رود که اختلال سیستم تولیدمثل جنس نر از عوارض جانبی آن است. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط بر اختلالات تولید‌مثلی ناشی از ASA در موش‌های صحرایی بالغ ویستار نر بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: بعد از دوره‌ی مصرف دارو و تأیید القای تغییرات تولید‌مثلی، 15 سر موش صحرایی (15=N)، تصادفی به گروه کنترل (C، 5=n)، گروه بدون درمان (NT، 5=n) و تمرین درمان (AT، 5=n) تقسیم شدند؛ گروه‌های AT و N، پنج هفته، روزانه با  mg/kg 12/5 ASA، گاواژ شدند. پس از این مرحله، گروه AT چهار هفته، هفته‌ای 5 جلسه با شدت متوسط بر روی تردمیل جوندگان دویدند. گروه‌های C و NT، مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. در پایان، تستوسترون سرمی، شاخص‌های اسپرماتوژنز و پارامترهای اسپرمی گروه‌ها اندازه‌گیری شدند و داده‌ها با واریانس یک‌طرفه و آزمون توکی در سطح آلفای 05/0 با SPSS تحلیل گردیدند.
نتایج: اختلاف معناداری بین گروها از نظر بیشتر پارامترها، شامل: سطح تستوسترون سرم (02/0=P)، تعداد اسپرم (0/0001=P)، بلوغ اسپرم (001/0=P)، زیست‌پذیری اسپرم (0/0001=P)، شکستگیDNA  اسپرم (0/002=Pشاخص‌های TDI، SI و RI، قطر توبول‌ها (0/0001=P)، ضخامت اپیتلیوم لوله‌ی اسپرم‌ساز (0/0001=P) و تعداد سلول لیدیگ (0/003=P) وجود دارد؛ اما در میزان تحرک اسپرم (0/07=P) اختلاف معنی‌داری بین گروه‌ها مشاهده نشد. آزمون توکی نشان داد که از نظر شاخص‌های مورد بررسی، بین گروه AT و NT تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد؛ اما بین گروه C و AT اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: چهار هفته تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط به ‌تسریع برگشت متغیرهای تولیدمثلی موش‌های صحرایی به قبل از مصرف استیل سالیسیلیک اسید (ASA) یا آسپیرین کمک می‌کند.
