نقش تعدیل‌کننده سالم‌زیستی مذهبی و خودتمایزیافتگی در رابطه بین ملال روان‌شناختی با گرایش به اعتیاد در بین دانش‌آموزان پسر شهر نورآباد

سابقه و هدف: با توجه به افزایش روزافزون اعتیاد و پیامدهای مخرب آن، شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر گرایش نوجوانان به اعتیاد می‌تواند گام مفیدی در راستای پیشگیری از اعتیاد باشد؛ بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تعیین نقش تعدیل‌کننده سالم‌زیستی مذهبی و خودتمایزیافتگی در رابطه بین ملال روان‌شناختی با گرایش به اعتیاد انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری، دانش‌آموزان پسر متوسطه شهر نورآباد در سال تحصیلی 1398-1397 بود که تعداد 360 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از سیاهه چندبعدی سالم‌زیستی مذهبی، مقیاس چندبعدی حالت ملال روان‌شناختی، پرسشنامه خودتمایزیافتگی و مقیاس آمادگی اعتیاد، گردآوری و با ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون سلسله‌مراتبی تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین ملال روان‌شناختی با گرایش به اعتیاد رابطه مثبت معنا‌داری (0/01 < P، 0/44=rبین سالم‌زیستی مذهبی با گرایش به اعتیاد (0/01 <P، 0/29- =r) و بین خودتمایزیافتگی با گرایش به اعتیاد (0/01<P، 0/38-=r) رابطه منفی معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، بر اساس نتایج رگرسیون سلسله‌مراتبی، نقش تعدیل‌کننده سالم‌زیستی مذهبی (0/01<P، 0/16=β) و خودتمایزیافتگی (0/01P<، 0/25=β) در رابطه بین ملال روان‌شناختی و گرایش به اعتیاد مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه حاضر، شواهدی برای نقش تعدیل‌کننده سالم‌زیستی مذهبی و خودتمایزیافتگی در رابطه بین ملال روان‌شناختی با گرایش به اعتیاد فراهم آورد؛ بنابراین، توسعه سالم‌زیستی مذهبی و آموزش خودتمایزیافتگی می‌تواند روش مطلوبی جهت محافظت در برابر اثرات منفی ملال روان‌شناختی و در نتیجه ­ی گرایش به اعتیاد باشد.
