مقایسه سیستم‌های مغزی رفتاری و تنظیم هیجان در زنان مبتلا به اختلال وسواس احتکار و سایر اختلالات وسواس فکری-عملی

سابقه و هدف: ساختارهای مغزی، مولفه ­های شناختی و تنظیم هیجانی نقش مهمی در سبب شناسی اختلالات روانی دارند. بنابراین، بررسی تفاوت های سیستم­ های مدیریت مغزی و مولفه­ های شناختی تنظیم هیجان در مبتلایان به اختلالات روانشناختی مختلف می ­تواند در تشخیص دقیق و اتخاذ رویکرد روان درمانی متناسب نقش معناداری داشته باشد. در همین راستا، پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور مقایسه سیستم‌های مغزی رفتاری و تنظیم شناختی هیجان در افراد مبتلا به اختلال احتکار و سایر اختلالات وسواس فکری-عملی صورت گرفت.
مواد و روش­ ها: در این پژوهش مقطعی 50 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی و 50 بیمار مبتلا به اختلال احتکار به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه ­های مقیاس تنظیم شناختی هیجان و مقیاس سیستم فعال‌ساز و بازداری رفتاری استفاده شد.
نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمرات بازداری رفتاری و راه­بردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان منفی در افراد مبتلا به وسواس فکری-عملی در مقایسه با اختلال احتکار بیشتر بود، درصورتی‌که راه­بردهای شناختی تنظیم هیجان مثبت در افراد مبتلا به اختلال احتکار در مقایسه با اختلال وسواس فکری-عملی بیشتر بود. بین سیستم فعال‌سازی رفتاری در دو گروه تفاوتی مشاهده نشد (0/05<P).
نتیجه‌گیری: توجه بیشتر به سیستم‌های مغزی و بهینه‌سازی شیوه‌های تنظیم هیجان، می‌تواند در آسیب‌شناسی و درمان اختلالات وسواس فکری عملی و اختلال احتکار وسواسی مفید باشد.
