مروری بر تاثیرات فیزیولوژیک تمرینات هوازی و مقاومتی بر مقاومت انسولینی و برخی بیومارکرها در بیماران کبد چرب غیرالکلی

سابقه و هدف: در طول دهه­ های اخیر فعالیت بدنی به ­عنوان یک ابزار کمکی کلیدی در کنترل بسیاری از بیماری­ ها از جمله بیماری کبد چرب غیرالکلی درآمده است و مطالعات نشان داده ­اند که پروتکل ­های تمرینی گوناگون در کاهش شیوع و بهبود برخی از عملکردهای متابولیکی کبد موثر است. هدف این مطالعه مروری تحلیل مطالعات صورت گرفته در ارتباط با تاثیرات تمرینات ورزشی هوازی و مقاومتی بر مقامت انسولینی و برخی بیومارکرها در بیماران کبد چرب غیرالکلی است.

مواد و روش ­ها: برای انجام این مطالعه، ابتدا جستجو در بانک­ های اطلاعاتی PubMed، Medline، Irandoc، SID،Google Scholar و  Magiranدر ارتباط با تاثیرات دو نوع برنامه ورزشی هوازی و مقاومتی بر روی بیماران کبد چرب غیرالکلی انجام شد. در مجموع 300 مقاله مورد بررسی اولیه (بررسی چکیده) قرار گرفت و 107 مقاله از نظر مرتبط بودن با عنوان مقاله و دارا بودن شرایط ورود انتخاب شده و مورد بررسی ثانویه قرار گرفتند.

نتایج: هر دو نوع تمرین ورزشی هوازی و مقاومتی از طریق مکانیزم‌های متفاوت دارای اثرات مفیدی در افراد مبتلا به کبد چرب می­ باشند.

نتیجه­ گیری: بیماران کبد چرب غیرالکلی فارغ از نوع تمرین می‌توانند با شرکت در فعالیت‌های منظم ورزشی با اثرات سودمند آن باعث پیشگیری و بهبود بیماری ­های التهابی، چاقی و مقاومت انسولینی شوند.
