تأثیر تمرین ورزشی بر مقادیر گردشی BDNF در بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس: یک مرور نظام‌مند با فراتحلیل

سابقه و هدف: فاکتور نورون‌زایی مشتق‌شده از مغز (BDNF)، نقش مؤثری در بهبود فرآیندهای عصبی ایفا می‌کند، از این‌رو این فاکتور هدف درمانی برای بیماران مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) می‌باشد. هدف فراتحلیل حاضر بررسی تأثیر تمرین ورزشی بر مقادیر گردشی BDNF در بیماران مبتلا به MS بود.
موارد و روش‌ها: جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed، Scopus و Web of Science تا 23 اردیبهشت سال 1402 برای مطالعات تمرین ورزشی روی مقادیر گردش خونی BDNF در بیماران مبتلا به MS انجام شد. جستجو با استفاده از کلمات کلیدی "تمرین ورزشی"، "BDNF" و "MS" صورت گرفت. اندازه اثر تفاوت میانگین استانداردشده (SMD) و فاصله اطمینان 95 درصد با استفاده از نرم‌افزار CMA2 محاسبه شد.
نتایج: 20 مداخله ورزشی از مجموع 15 مطالعه شامل 603 آزمودنی مبتلا به بیماری MS وارد فراتحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که تمرین ورزشی با اندازه اثر کوچک و معنی‌دار، منجر به افزایش مقادیر گردشی BDNF در بیماران مبتلا به MS می‌شود [0/001=P ،(0/72 الی 0/18: CI) 0/45].
نتیجه‌گیری: تمرین ورزشی، منجر به تنظیم مثبت BDNF در بیماران مبتلا به MS می‌شود که ممکن است نقش مهمی در کنترل این بیماری ایفا کند.
