اثر 6 هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید (HIIT) به همراه مصرف مکمل نانوکورکومین بر عوامل مرتبط با بیماری‌های قلبی - عروقی دختران دارای اضافه وزن غیرفعال

سابقه و هدف: فعالیت بدنی منظم و رژیم غذایی می‌تواند در پیشگیری از بیماری‌های قلبی - عروقی مؤثر واقع شود. از این‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر 6 هفته تمرین تناوبی شدید (HIIT) به همراه مصرف مکمل نانوکورکومین بر عوامل مرتبط با بیماری‌های قلبی - عروقی مانند نیمرخ لیپیدی و پروتئین واکنشگر C (hs-CRP) دختران دارای اضافه وزن بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر، تجربی تصادفی‌شده به‌صورت پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون بود. آزمودنی‌ها 48 نفر از دانشجویان دارای اضافه وزن با میانگین سنی (94/0±78/21) و BMI (10/2±12/28) بودند که به‌طور تصادفی به چهار گروه تمرین (n=12)، تمرین - مکمل (n=12)، مکمل (n=12) و کنترل (n=12) تقسیم شدند. گروه‌های مصرف‌کننده مکمل به مدت 6 هفته روزانه یک کپسول 80 میلی‌گرمی نانوکورکومین مصرف کردند. گروه‌های تمرین به مدت 6 هفته (هفته‌ای سه جلسه) تمرین HIIT را با حداکثر ضربان قلب اجرا نمودند. نمونه‌های خونی جهت اندازه‌گیری سطوح سرمی نیمرخ لیپیدی (لیپوپروتئین با چگالی پایین، کلسترول ‌تام، تری‌گلیسرید و لیپوپروتئین ‌با‌ چگالی بالا) و CRP قبل و پس از دوره‌ی 6 هفته‌ای ‌تمرین و مکمل‌دهی گرفته شد. داده‌ها از طریق آزمون ANOVA و t وابسته در 0/05P تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: در گروه مکمل تمرین، شاخص تری‌گلیسرید (0/03 =P) و CRP (0/03 =P) کاهش معنادار، HDL (0/034=P) افزایش معنادار و LDL و کلسترول ‌تام تغییرات معناداری نشان نداد (0/05P). همچنین تغییرات معناداری در شاخص‌های نیمرخ لیپیدی و CRP در گروه تمرین و گروه مکمل مشاهده نشد (0/05P).
نتیجه‌گیری: انجام تمرین HIIT و مصرف مکمل نانوکورکومین هرکدام به‌تنهایی منجر به تغییرات مثبت اندک اجزای نیمرخ لیپیدی و CRP گردید. ولی به‌نظر می‌رسد انجام تمرینات HIIT همراه با مصرف مکمل نانوکورکومین به‌صورت همزمان اثر تقویتی بر یکدیگر دارند.
