تاثیر برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی بر اضطراب آشکار و پنهان و کیفیت زندگی زنان مبتلا به چاقی

سابقه و هدف: چاقی عملکرد شناختی، عاطفی و رفتاری را متاثر می‌سازد و معمولا اختلالات خلقی و اضطرابی ایجاد می­ کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن ­آگاهی بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی و کاهش اضطراب در زنان مبتلا به چاقی انجام شده است.

مواد و روش­ ها: طرح آزمایش به­ صورت پیش ­آزمون-پس ­آزمون با گروه کنترل و یک پیگیری 2 ماهه بود. تعداد 24 زن مبتلا به چاقی ­باBMI ≥30  در مرکز درمان چاقی تهران به­ روش تصادفی انتخاب شده و در گروه ­های آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شدند. داده­ ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های اضطراب اشپیل­برگر و همکاران و کیفیت زندگی ویر و همکاران جمع‌آوری شدند. برنامه کاهش استرس مبتنی بر ذهن ­آگاهی (Mindfulness-based stress reduction; MBSR) کابات- زین در 8 جلسه برای گروه آزمایش اجرا گردید و بعد اضطراب و کیفیت زندگی در پس‌آزمون و پیگیری اندازه‌گیری شد.

نتایج: کیفیت زندگی شرکت کنندگان در برنامه MBSR در پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری به­ ترتیب در ابعاد سلامت عمومی (0/88±7/66، 1/67±9/50، و 1/66±9/58)، محدودیت جسمانی (1/58±22/83، 1/16±27/91، و 1/53±27)، عملکرد جسمانی (0/67±4/50، 1/11±6/16، و 0/95±5)، عملکرد اجتماعی (0/28±2/91، 0/66±5/91، و 0/38±5/75)، اضطراب آشکار (1/78±68/08، 1/71±46/75، و 2±47/25) و پنهان (3/51±52/25، 2/39±43/08، و 2/29±44) بود. سطح کیفیت زندگی شرکت کنندگان در برنامه MBSR در سلامت عمومی، محدودیت جسمانی، عملکرد جسمانی و اجتماعی به­ طور معنی­ داری بالاتر از گروه کنترل بود (0/01 <P) و سطح اضطراب آشکار و پنهان به ­طور معنی ­داری پایین­ تر از گروه کنترل بود (0/01< P).

نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج پژوهش شواهدی را پیشنهاد می‌کند که برنامه MBSR روش ‌درمانی مناسبی برای ارتقاء سطح کیفیت ‌زندگی و کاهش اضطراب در زنان مبتلا به چاقی می‌باشد.
