رابطه سبک دلبستگی و پریشانی روان شناختی باتوجه به نقش واسطه ای ذهن آگاهی

سابقه و هدف: پژوهش ­های مختلف رابطه بین پریشانی روان­شناختی و متغیرهای متفاوتی را مورد مطالعه قرار داده­اند. هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش­بینی تغییرات پریشانی روان­شناختی منطبق بر سبک دلبستگی با عنایت به نقش واسطه­ ای ذهن­ آگاهی ­است.
مواد و روش ­ها: پژوهش حاضر پیرو طرحی از مطالعات همبستگی می­ باشد. نمونه تحقیق، 250 نفر از دانشجویان کارشناسی و دکتری حرفه ­ای دانشگاه شاهد را در بر داشت که در نیم­سال نخست سال تحصیلی 97-1396 مشغول به ­تحصیل بودند. جهت سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش، از مقیاس اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس (DASS-21)، پرسشنامه تجارب مربوط به روابط نزدیک (ECR-R) و پرسشنامه پنج­ وجهی ذهن ­آگاهی (FFMQ) استفاده شد.  
نتایج: یافته­ ها بیان­گر وجود رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین اضطراب دلبستگی و مؤلفه ­های پریشانی روان­شناختی (اضطراب، افسردگی و استرس) و همچنین رابطه منفی و معنادار بین اضطراب دلبستگی و ­ذهن­ آگاهی بود. بین ذهن­ آگاهی و مؤلفه ­های پریشانی روان­شناختی و نیز بین اجتناب دلبستگی و ذهن­آگاهی رابطه منفی و معنادار به­ دست آمد. یافته­ های برآمده از معادلات ساختاری نقش واسطه ­ای متغیر ذهن­آگاهی را در رابطه بین اضطراب دلبستگی و مؤلفه­ های پریشانی روان­شناختی تأیید نمود. تأثیر اجتناب دلبستگی بر مؤلفه های پریشانی روان­شناختی تنها در حضور ذهن ­آگاهی به­ عنوان متغیر واسطه ­ای، و نه به ­صورت مستقیم، تأیید گردید.
نتیجه­ گیری: در مجموع می ­توان گفت در تأثیر اضطراب دلبستگی و اجتناب دلبستگی بر مؤلفه­ های پریشانی روان­شناختی، ذهن­ آگاهی نقش واسطه­ دارد. به ­نظر می­ رسد این یافته­ ها در حوزه­ های مختلفی چون روابط بین­­ فردی، تربیتی، خانوادگی و درمانی کاربرد داشته­ باشد.
