Effective Strategies to Enhance Laboratory Diagnostic Skills Outcomes through Blended Learning (Policy Brief)

New technological advances in skills training can provide needed information to community health professionals immediately. In fact, the main goal of this summary is to create a positive attitude towards blended learning and the use of e-learning and to increase the capabilities and technical skills of learners. Accordingly, this policy brief has been developed with the aim of identifying effective strategies for increasing productivity in blended training of laboratory diagnostic skills through brainstorming of university health professionals and relying on valid scientific documentation. Ultimately, 6 challenges effective in implementing this method and 14 educational strategies and operations effective in establishing laboratory diagnostic skills through blended training were presented. two strategies: developing and setting a roadmap in consultation with competent and experienced experts in higher education and skills, as well as designing combination packages tailored to the current and real needs of society, were identified as the most important strategies related to the study's objective
