مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی و درمان هیجان‌مدار به شیوه گروهی در کاهش اجتناب تجربه‌ای در بیماران مبتلا به زخم معده

زمینه و هدف: زخم معده به عنوان یک اختلال روان‌تنی، ارتباط نزدیکی با مکانیسم‌های اجتنابی و استرس دارد. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی درمان شناختی مبتنی بر ذهن‌آگاهی (MBCT) و درمان هیجان‌مدار (EMT) به شیوه گروهی در کاهش اجتناب تجربه‌ای در بیماران مبتلا به زخم معده انجام شد.
روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر با روش نیمه تجربی و طرح پیش آزمون-پس‌آزمون-پیگیری همراه با گروه کنترل و با مشارکت 45 نفر از بیماران مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک‌های تخصصی و فوق تخصصی شهر مشهد در سال 1401 انجام شد. 45 بیمار مبتلا به زخم معده به‌صورت تصادفی ساده در 3 گروه 15 نفری، کنترل، MBCT و EMT تخصیص یافتند. هر دو گروه مداخله، 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای درمان گروهی را دریافت کردند و گروه کنترل در بازه‌ زمانی مطالعه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکرد. ابزار اصلی جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه اجتناب تجربه‌ای بود که در سه نوبت (پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری) توسط بیماران تکمیل شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: هر دو مداخله MBCT و EMT به شیوه گروهی در کاهش اجتناب تجربه‌ای در بیماران مبتلا به زخم معده موثر بودند (0/001>P)، با این حال، تفاوت معناداری بین اثربخشی دو روش درمانی مشاهده نشد (0/1=P).

نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که هر دو درمان MBCT و EMT می‌توانند به طور موثر در کاهش اجتناب تجربه‌ای و بهبود وضعیت بیماران مبتلا به زخم معده مفید باشند.
