مقایسه توانایی تنظیم هیجانی و انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی در دختران نوجوان دارای اختلال رفتاری درونی‌سازی‌‌شده و نوجوانان عادی

سابقه و هدف: مطالعات متعددی به تنظیم هیجان و انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی در نوجوانان پرداخته‌اند، اما درمورد تنظیم هیجان و انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی در بین نوجوانان دارای اختلال رفتاری درونی‌سازی‌شده و نوجوانان عادی، شکاف تحقیقاتی وجود دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه تنظیم هیجان و انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی در نوجوانان دختر دارای اختلال رفتاری درونی‌سازی‌شده و نوجوانان دختر عادی بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، نمونه پژوهش، شامل دو گروه 70 نفری از دانش‌آموزان دختر دارای اختلال رفتاری درونی‌سازی‌شده و 70 دانش‌آموز دختر عادی از مدارس شهر یزد بود که به شیوه‌ هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سیاهه رفتاری (CBCL)، پرسشنامه انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی (AFQ-Y8) و پرسشنامه تنظـیم هیجـان ERQ-CA)) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون  tمستقل انجام شد.
نتایج: مطابق یافته‌های به‌دست‌آمده میانگین ارزیابی مجدد، سرکوبی و انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی در نوجوانان دارای اختلال رفتاری درونی‌سازی‌شده به‌ترتیب شامل 20/88، 14/38، 16/55 و افراد فاقد اختلال 6/9،22/19،25/78 بود. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که متغیر سرکوبی (6/13-=t) و انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی (10/61-=t) در دو گروه دارای اختلال رفتاری درونی‌سازی‌شده و افراد عادی تفاوت معنادار دارد (0/001 <P). اما دو گروه در ارزیابی مجدد تفاوت معناداری نداشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌نظر می‌رسد نوجوانان دارای اختلال رفتاری درونی‌سازی‌شده در مقایسه با افراد بهنجار با سرکوب‌کردن هیجانات خود، از پذیرش و مدیریت صحیح آن‌ها اجتناب می‌کنند. بنابراین، ارتقای انعطاف‌پذیری روانشناختی می‌تواند بر توانایی مواجهه و مدیریت هیجانات آن‌ها مؤثر باشد.
