تأثیر تمرین عملکردی با شدت بالا بر سطوح سرمی ApoA-I، ApoB و نیم‌رخ چربی در مردان و زنان سالمند

سابقه و هدف: تمرین عملکردی با شدت بالا، ورزشی انفرادی و گروهی است که آمادگی جسمانی را افزایش می‌دهد و به‌نظر می‌رسد برای بهبود تندرستی سالمندان مفید باشد. بنابراین، هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی اثر تمرین عملکردی با شدت بالا بر سطوح سرمی کلسترول، تری‌گلیسرید، HDL، LDL، ApoA-I و ApoB مردان و زنان سالمند بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه نیمه‌تجربی، تعداد 23 نفر (7 مرد و 16 زن، 88-60 ساله) به دو گروه تجربی (16 نفر) و کنترل (7 نفر) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی، پروتکل تمرین عملکردی با شدت بالا را که شامل شش حرکت بود، سه جلسه در هفته برای هشت هفته انجام دادند. حرکات با شدت تمام برای 30 ثانیه اجرا می‌شدند و بین هر دور 15 ثانیه و بین هر حرکت 2 دقیقه استراحت وجود داشت. برای تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های t زوجی و کوواریانس استفاده و سطح معنی‌داری 0/05< Pدر نظر گرفته شد.
نتایج: در گروه تجربی، مقادیر سرمی LDL، کلسترول و تری‌گلیسرید کاهش معنادار و HDL و ApoA-I به‌طور معناداری افزایش یافت (0/05>P)، اما در گروه کنترل تغییر معناداری در سطوح سرمی متغیرها مشاهده نشد (0/05<P). همچنین، اختلاف معناداری بین دو گروه در همه متغیرها (0/05>P) به‌جز کلسترول (0/093=P) و ApoB (0/251=P) نشان داده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: هشت هفته تمرین عملکردی با شدت بالا در مردان و زنان سالمند، سطوح سرمی عوامل مرتبط با سلامت قلبی - عروقی را بهبود می‌دهد. بنابراین، انجام تمرینات عملکردی با شدت بالا حداقل برای بهبود عملکرد قلبی - عروقی در مردان و زنان سالمند پیشنهاد می‌شود.
