تأثیر یک دوره تمرین شنا با دماهای مختلف بر بیان ژن‌های β3-AR و ERK2 در بافت چربی احشایی موش‌های صحرایی دیابتی‌شده توسط استرپتوزوتوسین

سابقه و هدف: β3-AR و ERK2 از عوامل کلیدی در تنظیم متابولیسم بافت چربی و تبدیل آن به بافت چربی قهوه‌ای هستند. بنابراین، هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی تأثیر یک دوره تمرین شنا با دماهای مختلف بر بیان‌ ژن‌های β3-AR و ERK2 در بافت چربی احشایی موش‌های صحرایی دیابتی می‌باشد.
مواد و روش‌ها: تعداد 28 سر موش صحرایی نر 2 ماهه از نژاد ویستار با میانگین وزن 20±200 گرم انتخاب ‏شدند. پس از دیابتی‌شدن ازطریق محلول استرپتوزوتوسین، به 4 گروه: 1) کنترل سالم، 2) کنترل دیابتی، 3) تمرین شنا دیابتی در آب 5 درجه سانتی‌گراد و 4) تمرین شنا دیابتی در آب 36 درجه سانتی‌گراد (هر گروه 7 سر) تقسیم ‏شدند. گروه‌های تمرینی 5 روز در هفته مطابق با برنامه‌ تمرینی به‏ مدت 4 هفته به تمرین شنا هوازی پرداختند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های آنوای - یک‌طرفه و تعقیبی - توکی استفاده‏ شد.
نتایج: کاهش معنی‌داری در بیان ژن β3-AR مشاهده شد (0001/0=P) و نتایج نشان دادند که این تفاوت معنی‌دار در بین جفت گروه‌های کنترل سالم نسبت به دیگر گروه‌ها است (0001/0=P). همچنین، بیان ژن ERK2 افزایش معنی‌داری را نشان داد (0001/0=P)، و نتایج نشان دادند که این تفاوت معنی‌دار در بین جفت گروه‌های کنترل سالم با تمرین در آب 36 درجه (001/0=P) و همچنین گروه کنترل دیابتی با تمرین در آب 36 درجه (001/0=P) است.
نتیجه‌گیری: چهار هفته تمرین شنا منجر به کاهشβ3-AR  و افزایش ERK2 شد که می‌توان نتیجه گرفت این عوامل، نقش مهمّی در متابولیسم بافت چربی سفید و تبدیل آن به بافت چربی قهوه‌ای ایفا می‌کند.
