اثر تعاملی هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی و مصرف کورکومین بر سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین-12 و برخی شاخص‌های آنتروپرومتریکی زنان چاق غیرفعال

سابقه و هدف: زندگی ماشینی، فعالیت را از جسم بشر دور و چاقی را جایگزین آن کرده است. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی و مصرف کورکومین بر سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین-12 و شاخص‌های آنتروپرومتریکی زنان چاق غیرفعال بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: در این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی، 48 زن چاق با دامنه سنی30-20 سال به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در چهار گروه 12نفره: کنترل، کورکومین، تمرین و تمرین + کورکومین قرار گرفتند. آزمودنی‌ها هشت هفته به انجام تمرینات ترکیبی (تمرین هوازی با شدت 60 تا 80 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب و تمرین مقاومتی با شدت 55 تا 75 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه) و مصرف روزانه 80 میلی‌گرمی کورکومین پرداختند. نمونه‌گیری خونی، قبل از شروع تمرین و بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین انجام گرفت. سطح اینترلوکین-12 به روش الایزا و با استفاده از کیت اندازه‌گیری شد. داده‌ها با آزمون تی وابسته و تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و سطح معنی‌داری کمتر از 05/0 در نرم‌افزار SPSS-22 تحلیل شدند.
نتایج: در سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین-12 و شاخص توده بدنی گروه‌های تمرین، تمرین + کورکومین و مصرف کورکومین، نسبت به پیش‌آزمون تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده شد (05/0>P درون‌گروهی). اختلاف پیش و پس‌آزمون گروه‌ها در سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین-12 و شاخص توده بدنی در بین گروه‌های پژوهش تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان داد (05/0>P بین گروهی).
نتیجه‌گیری: هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی و مصرف کورکومین، تغییر معنی‌داری را در سطوح سرمی اینترلوکین-12 ایجاد می‌کند. فعالیت بدنی سبب کاهش وزن و درنتیجه کاهش شاخص توده بدنی افراد می‌شود، ولی کورکومین به‌تنهایی تغییری در شاخص‌های آنتروپرومتریکی افراد ایجاد نمی‌کند.
