تاثیر یک دوره تمرینات ورزشی هوازی-مقاومتی هم زمان بر هموستاز گلوکز و HS-CRP سرم دختران نوجوان مضطرب دارای اضافه وزن و چاق

سابقه و هدف: چاقی باعث اختلال در هموستاز گلوکز و شاخصهای التهابی میشود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر یک دوره تمرینات هوازی-مقاومتی هم­زمان بر هموستاز گلوکز و HS-CRP در دختران نوجوان مضطرب دارای اضافه وزن و چاق بود.
مواد و روش ­ها: این کارآزمایی بالینی روی 30 دختر نوجوان دارای اضافه وزن و چاق مضطرب انجام شد. افراد به­صورت تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و شاهد قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی به­ مدت 8 هفته، هر هفته 3 جلسه و هر جلسه به ­مدت 90 دقیقه تمرینات ورزشی را انجام دادند. متغیرهای گلوکز، انسولین، HS-CRP و اضطراب قبل و بعد از 8 هفته تمرین اندازهگیری شد.
نتایج: هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی موجب کاهش معنی ­دار سطوح گلوکز (0/02=P)، انسولین (0/02=P)، مقاومت به انسولین (0/05=P) و میزان اضطراب (0/02(P= در مقایسه با گروه شاهد شد، لیکن در HS-CRP اختلاف معنی­ داری مشاهده نشد (0/05>P ).
نتیجه­ گیری: به ­نظر می ­رسد می­ توان از تمرینات ورزشی هوازی-مقاومتی هم­زمان جهت بهبود هموستاز قند خون و کاهش اضطراب دختران نوجوان دارای اضافه وزن و چاق استفاده کرد.
