بررسی غلظت ذرات قابل استنشاق در هوای داخل و خارج دو بیمارستان در شهر کاشان طی سال‌های 94-1393

سابقه و هدف: به‌منظور کسب اطمینان از کیفیت هوای داخل بیمارستان و حفاظت از بیماران و کارکنان در مقابل بیماری­ ها باید به محیط بیمارستان توجه ویژه نمود. هدف از انجام این مطالعه تعیین میزان غلظت ذرات قابل استنشاق در هوای داخل و خارج دو بیمارستان در شهر کاشان بود.

مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی-تحلیلی از اسفند 1393 تا اردیبهشت 1394 انجام شد. غلظت ذرات PM2.5 وPM10  در هوای داخل و خارج دو بیمارستان به ­صورت چهار روز در هفته در بخش‌های اتاق عمل، اطفال و ICU2، با استفاده از دستگاه Grimm Monitor  اندازه‌گیری شد. در مجموع 80 نمونه از هوای داخل و 40 نمونه از هوای خارج هر بخش از هریک از بیمارستان‌ها جمع ­آوری گردید.

نتایج: بیشترین میزان میانگین غلظت PM2.5 و PM10 در هوای داخل بخش‌ها به‌­ترتیب 68/57±57/61 و 295/49±212/36 میکروگرم بر متر مکعب بود. رابطه معنی­‌دار بین میانگین غلظت ذرات PM2.5 و PM10 در هوای داخل و خارج بیمارستان‌ها دیده شد (0/05>P). هم ­چنین، غلظت ذرات PM2.5 و PM10 در همه بخش‌های مورد بررسی متفاوت بود (0/05>P).                                                                                  

نتیجه‌گیری: غلظت ذرات قابل استنشاق در هوای داخل و خارج هر دو بیمارستان بالاتر از حد استاندارد 24 ساعته WHO (World Health Organization) و US-EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) بود. به­ کار بردن سیستم تهویه مؤثر می‌تواند به کاهش غلظت ذرات و مناسب‌تر شدن کیفیت هوای داخل بخش‌های بیمارستان کمک نماید.
