fa کاربرد نانوذرات در درمان نوین عفونت‌های کرم پهن انسانی: خلاصه سیاستی medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic خلاصه سیاستی Policy Brief <div class="WordSection1" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="page:WordSection1"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">عفونت‌های انسانی ناشی از کرم‌های پهن متعلق به دو کلاس سستودها و ترماتودها (از جمله تنیازیس، هیداتیدوزیس، فاسیولیازیس و شیستوزومیازیس) بار بیماری قابل‌توجهی را به‌ویژه در جوامع محروم و کمتر توسعه‌یافته ایجاد می‌کنند. اگرچه داروهای ضدکرم موجود مانند پرازیکوانتل و آلبندازول در مقابله با این عفونت‌ها مؤثر هستند، اما محدودیت‌هایی نظیر دسترسی دشوار به درمان، عود عفونت و نگرانی‌های فزاینده درباره ظهور مقاومت دارویی، کارایی آن‌ها را با چالش مواجه ساخته است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">در این خلاصه سیاستی، کاربرد نانوذرات به‌عنوان یک رویکرد نوین و هدفمند در دارورسانی مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. این فناوری می‌تواند راهکاری مؤثر برای مقابله با چالش‌های درمانی از جمله مقاومت دارویی و محدودیت‌های فارماکوکینتیک در درمان عفونت‌های انسانی ناشی از کرم‌های سستود و ترماتود ارائه دهد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div class="WordSection1"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="page:WordSection1"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Human infections caused by Platyhelminthes belonging to the class of cestodes and trematodes (e.g., taeniasis, hydatidosis, fascioliasis, schistosomiasis) result in significant morbidity, particularly in underdeveloped and underserved communities. While existing anthelmintic drugs like praziquantel and albendazole are effective against these diseases, they encounter challenges such as limited access issues, infection recurrence, and increasing concerns about drug resistance.
