fa مدیریت واکنش های نامطلوب انتقال خون برای یکپارچه‌سازی سامانه پشتیبان تصمیم‌گیری بالینی با پرونده الکترونیک سلامت: خلاصه سیاستی medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic خلاصه سیاستی Policy Brief <div class="WordSection1" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="page:WordSection1"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">یکی از ابزارهای مفید برای شناسایی و پیشگیری واکنش</span><span lang="FA">‌ه</span><span lang="AR-SA">ای نامطلوب انتقال خون، سامانه‌های پشتیبان تصمیم‌گیری بالینی ادغام شده با پرونده الکترونیک سلامت است. اگرچه تحقیقات موجود در حوزه هموویژیلانس، پتانسیل استفاده از این سامانه‌ها را نشان می‌دهند، اما چالش‌هایی در چارچوب‌های سیاستی وجود دارد که می‌تواند مانع ادغام و بهره‌برداری از آنها در پرونده الکترونیک سلامت برای مدیریت واکنش‌های انتقال خون شود. تحلیل ارائه شده در این خلاصه سیاستی بر اساس شواهد استخراج‌شده از یک مرورسیستماتیک است که در سال 2025 انجام شد. بر اساس اطلاعات گردآوری‌شده، نُه چالش اصلی در زمینه‌ ادغام سامانه‌ها با پرونده الکترونیک سلامت، همراه با پیشنهادات اصلاحی و نهادهای سیاستگذار مرتبط، شناسایی شد. در راستای مواجهه با این چالش‌ها، پیشنهاد می‌شود که گام نخست به تدوین یک چارچوب جامع حاکمیتی در سطح ملی و طراحی نقشه‌راهی بلندمدت برای یکپارچه‌سازی پرونده‌ الکترونیک سلامت با سامانه‌های تصمیم‌یار مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی اختصاص یابد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">One of the effective tools for identifying and preventing adverse transfusion reactions is the integration of clinical decision support systems with electronic health records. Although existing research in the field of hemovigilance highlights the potential value of these systems, challenges within policy and governance frameworks may hinder their effective integration and optimal use within electronic health records for managing Adverse Transfusion Reactions. The analysis presented in this policy brief is based on evidence derived from a systematic review conducted in 2025. Based on the collected data, nine key challenges related to the integration of these systems with electronic health records were identified, along with corresponding policy recommendations and the identification of relevant policymakers.
