fa استراتژی‌های مؤثر در ارتقای پیامدهای یادگیری مهارت‌های تشخیص آزمایشگاهی از طریق آموزش ترکیبی: خلاصه سیاستی عمومى General خلاصه سیاستی Policy Brief <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">دستاوردهای فناوری نوین آموزش مهارتی می</span>&shy;<span lang="FA">تواند اطلاعات مورد نیـاز را بصورت فوری برای متخصصان سلامت جامعه فراهم و در دسترس قرار دهد. در واقع هدف اصلی ارائه این خلاصه ایجاد نگرش مثبت نسبت به یادگیری ترکیبی و با کاربرد</span><span lang="AR-SA"> آموزش</span> <span lang="AR-SA">الکترونیک</span><span lang="FA"> وافزایش توانمندی و مهارت های فنی فراگیران می</span>&shy;<span lang="FA">باشد.</span> <span lang="FA">براین اساس این خلاصه سیاستی با هدف شناسایی استراتژی</span>&shy;<span lang="FA">&nbsp;های موثر بر افزایش بهره وری در آموزش ترکیبی مهارت</span>&shy;<span lang="FA">&nbsp;های تشخیص آزمایشگاهی به روش بارش افکار متخصصین بهداشتی دانشگاه و با تکیه بر مستندات علمی معتبر تدوین شده است که در نهایت 6 چالش موثر بر اجرای این روش و 14 استراتژی آموزشی و عملیات موثر بر استقرار مهارت‌های تشخیص آزمایشگاهی از طریق آموزش ترکیبی ارائه گردید. که استراتژی های تدوین و تنظیم یک نقشه راه با مشورت متخصصین مسلط و مجرب در امور آموزش عالی و مهارتی و نیز طراحی بسته&shy; های ترکیبی متناسب با نیاز روز و واقعی جامعه به عنوان مهمترین استراتژی مرتبط با هدف شناسایی گردیدند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div class="WordSection1" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="page:WordSection1"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="EN">New technological advances in skills training can provide </span>needed<span lang="EN"> information to community health professionals immediately. In fact, the main goal of this summary was to foster a positive attitude towards blended learning and the use of e-learning and to enhance the capabilities and technical skills of learners. </span>Accordingly, this policy brief has been developed with the aim of identifying effective strategies for increasing productivity in blended training of laboratory diagnostic skills through brainstorming sessions involving university health professionals and relying on valid scientific documentation. Ultimately, six challenges effective in implementing this method and 14 educational strategies and operations effective in establishing laboratory diagnostic skills through blended training were presented.
