Materials and Methods: The present study was performed using meta-analysis method. The statistical population of the study includes all studies on health and health lifestyle from 2006 to the end of 2019 and from a total of 65 studies, finally 11 studies were selected as a sample and based on CMA2 software reviewed. Results: The socio-economic base variable with an effect size of 0.085 had the greatest effect on health lifestyle and among the variables of age, sex and education, the effect size of the sex variable with a rate of 0.66 is more than the other two variables. Among the social variables, only the size of the social capital effect is significant with a value of 0.053. In the discussion of diffusion bias, the results of the funnel diagram and the bag and mesome test show that most studies are in the middle level of the funnel, and according to the bag and mesome test, which is greater than 0.05, the results of the N-test are safe from error. Another 131 studies need to be conducted to cast doubt on current research estimates. Conclusion: It seems that among the structural factors, economic and social status and social capital and among the underlying factors, gender variable has the highest impact on improving the quality of health-oriented lifestyle.
