Abstract:   (193 Views)
Cyberspace has become an integral part of the lives of children and adolescents. From a psychological perspective, it presents both opportunities and threats, and excessive use is associated with mental health problems and academic difficulties. From a neuroscience perspective, sustained social media use can influence adolescent brain development, increasing sensitivity to rewards and social pressures. Consequently, developing comprehensive policies to protect this group from digital harms is a national priority. This study proposes a set of policy strategies and offers actionable solutions across four areas: legal, educational, supportive, and technological.
