هماهنگی حرکتی و تغییرات ساختاری بافت هیپوکامپ در پاسخ به هشت هفته تمرین هوازی و مصرف ریتالین در موش‌های صحرایی بیش فعال شده

سابقه و هدف: تغییرات ساختار هیپوکامپ در پیدایش اختلال نقص توجه-بیش­ فعالی (ADHD) نقش دارد. هدف از این تحقیق مطالعه هماهنگی حرکتی و تغییرات ساختاری بافت هیپوکامپ در پاسخ به 8 هفته تمرین هوازی و مصرف ریتالین در موش­ های صحرایی بیش ­فعال شده است.
مواد و روش­ها: در این مطالعه تجربی 33 سر موش صحرایی نژاد ویستار با وزن 180 تا 220گرم به ­طور تصادفی به پنج گروه: 1) کنترل سالم، 2) بیش­ فعال، 3) بیش ­فعال-تمرینات تردمیل، 4) بیش ­فعال-ریتالین و 5) بیش ­فعالی-تمرینات تردمیل-ریتالین تقسیم شده و به آزمونOpen Field  جواب مثبت دادند. برای ایجاد ADHD موش ­ها به­ مدت 8 هفته، 6 روز در هفته، 10 میلی­گرم L-NAME به­ صورت درون­ صفاقی دریافت کردند. گروه ­های دارویی 1 میلی­ گرم ریتالین به ازاء کیلوگرم وزن بدن روزانه به ­مدت 8 هفته به­ صورت خوراکی دریافت کردند. موش ­های گروه تمرین 30 دقیقه در روز به­ مدت 8هفته به تمرین پرداختند.
نتایج: تمرین هوازی و مصرف ریتالین تاثیر معنی­ داری بر وزن موش ­های بیش­ فعال شده نداشت (877/0=P)، درحالی­ که بر هماهنگی حرکتی موش ­ها تاثیر معنی­ دار داشت (001/0=P). در موش ­های مبتلا به اختلال بیش ­فعالی تغییرات خفیف شکل بافتی و سلولی، نکروز و پرخونی بافتی و همچنین پیکنوز بافت هیپوکامپ مشاهده شد. تمرینات تردمیل به­ همراه ریتالین آسیب شکل بافتی و سلولی، نکروز و همچنین پیکنوز بافت هیپوکامپ را کاهش داد.
نتیجه­ گیری: اختلال نقص توجه/بیش فعالی موجب آسیب به ساختار بافت هیپوکامپ می­شود و احتمالا تمرینات تردمیل به همراه مصرف ریتالین می ­تواند آسیب ساختار هیپوکامپ را بهبود بخشد.
