تأثیر تمرین هوازی و فعالیت ورزشی واماندهساز بر شاخص های ظرفیت تام آنتی اکسیدانی و پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی بزاقی و سرمی در مردان غیرفعال

سابقه و هدف: برخی مطالعات نشان داده‌اند که تمرین هوازی می‌تواند دستگاه دفاع آنتی‌اکسیدانی را تقویت نماید. ازاین ­رو، مطالعه حاضر به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر تمرین هوازی و یک جلسه فعالیت وامانده‌ساز بر سطوح مالون‌دی‌آلدهید (MDA) و ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی تام (TAC) بزاقی و سرمی در مردان غیرفعال انجام شد.

مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه نیمه­ تجربی 27 مرد (18 تا 21 سال) به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (12 نفر) و تمرین هوازی (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. گروه تمرین در یک برنامه تمرین هوازی با شدت 50 تا 70 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره برای 8 هفته‌ (3 جلسه در هفته) شرکت کردند. بعد از دوره تمرینی، هر دو گروه فعالیت ورزشی پیشرونده‌ای را تا سرحد خستگی بر روی نوارگردان اجرا کردند. نمونه‌های سرمی و بزاقی، قبل و بعد از تمرین و نیز بعد از فعالیت ورزشی، به‌منظور ارزیابی MDA و TAC جمع‌آوری گردید.

نتایج: تمرین هوازی باعث افزایش معنی‌دار TAC در نمونه‌های بزاقی و سرمی شد (<0/05P). به‌علاوه، فعالیت وامانده‌ساز با کاهش TAC در گروه کنترل همراه بود (<0/05P). در گروه تمرین، MDA سرمی به‌دنبال دوره تمرینی نسبت به گروه کنترل پایین‌تر بود، در­حالیکه این تفاوت در MDA بزاقی قابل توجه نبود (<0/05P). بعد از فعالیت وامانده‌ساز افزایش معنی‌داری در MDA سرمی در گروه کنترل مشاهده شد (<0/05P). هم ­چنین، ارتباط معنی‌دار بین شاخص‌های بزاقی و سرمی TAC و MDA مشاهده نشد (<0/05P).

نتیجه‌گیری: تمرین هوازی می‌تواند در جلوگیری از پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی ناشی از فعالیت وامانده‌ساز مؤثر باشد؛ هرچند این نتیجه در ارتباط با بزاق نیازمند تحقیقات بیشتری است.
