بررسی ارتباط ریسک فاکتورهای قلبی- عروقی با استئوآرتریت زانو؛ نتیجه یک مطالعه مقطعی

سابقه و هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی فراوانی عوامل خطر قلبی و سندرم متابولیک در افراد مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو در مقایسه با افراد سالم انجام شد.
مواد و روش ­ها: در یک مطالعه مقطعی- تحلیلی که به روش نمونه­ گیری دردسترس، در یک بیمارستان دانشگاهی در سال 1396 انجام شد، از بین بیماران مراجعه­ کننده بر اساس علائم بالینی، معاینه بالینی و شواهد رادیوگرافی، تعداد 100 نفر مبتلا به استئوآرتریت زانو و از بین همراهان و افراد مبتلا به بیماری­ های عضلانی یا شکستگی، تعداد 100 نفر برای گروه کنترل انتخاب شدند. متغیرهای جنس، دیابت شیرین، فشار خون، کلسترول بالا، شاخص توده بدنی، دور کمر و سندروم متابولیک در دو گروه بررسی شدند.
نتایج: فراوانی جنس زن، کلسترول بالا و سندرم متابولیک، در گروه استئوآرتریت به­ طور معنی­ داری بیشتر بود (0/05>P). میانگین دور کمر در گروه استئوآرتریت، به ­طور معنی­ داری بیشتر از گروه بدون استئوآرتریت بود (0/05>P). بین جنس زن (2/45OR=)، سندرم متابولیک (1/85=OR)، کلسترول بالا (1/77=OR کشیدن سیگار (0/35=OR) و دور کمر (1/3=OR)، با استئوآرتریت ارتباط معنی­ داری گزارش شد. بعد از کنترل جنسیت؛ سندرم متابولیک، کلسترول بالا و دور کمر، معنی­دار باقی ماند.
نتیجه ­گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر می­ تواند نشان­ دهنده­ی ارتباط بین بعضی از ریسک فاکتورهای قلبی مثل کلسترول بالا، سندرم متابولیک و چاقی مرکزی با استئوآرتریت باشد.
