fa بررسی توان آزمون( IgG, IgM ) ELISA تشخیص بروسلوز عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p align="justify" style="DIRECTION: rtl"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> با توجه به شیوع و عوارض بروسلوز و تناقض&shy;هایی که در کارآیی روش&shy;های تشخیصی این بیماری در دسترس می&shy;باشد، این مطالعه به منظور تعیین توان آزمون ( IgG, IgM ) ELISA در تشخیص بروسلوز در مراجعین به درمانگاه&shy;های تخصصی عفونی کاشان در سال 1383 صورت گرفت.</p> <p align="justify" style="DIRECTION: rtl"><strong>مواد و روش&shy;ها:</strong> این مطالعه با طراحی ارزش تشخیصی بر روی 31 بیمار مشکوک به بروسلوز انجام شد. آزمون الیزا و آزمون استاندارد آگلوتیناسیون با گرفتن 5 سی&shy;سی خون وریدی جهت جستجوی آنتی&shy;بادی&shy;های ویژگی قبل و سه ماه بعد از درمان انجام شد. نتایج به صورت جداول توزیع فراوانی و محاسبه&shy;ی ارزش تشخیصی گزارش گردید.</p> <p align="justify" style="DIRECTION: rtl"><strong>نتایج:</strong> حساسیت آزمون الیزا ( IgG, IgM ) ELISA ‌ 100 درصد و ویژگی این دو آزمون به ترتیب 3/63 درصد و 7/72‌ درصد بود. همچنین ارزش پیشگویی&shy;کننده&shy;ی مثبت هر دو آزمون 100 درصد و ارزش پیشگویی&shy;کننده&shy;ی منفی آنها به ترتیب 3/83 درصد و 9/86 درصد بود.</p> <p align="justify" style="DIRECTION: rtl"><strong>نتیجه&shy;گیری:</strong> آزمون الیزا حساسیت بسیار بالایی داشته و ویژگی آن هم پایین نیست و از الیزا می&shy;توان به عنوان آزمون تشخیصی حساس استفاده نمود&nbsp;</p> <p align="justify"><strong>Background:</strong> Brucellosis is an important common disease with many complications. Early diagnosis of the disease is very important. The present study was designed to compare the diagnostic value of ELISA test (IgM, IgG) with serologic agglutination tests (Wright and Coombs Wright) in brucellosis patients in Kashan during 2004.</p> <p align="justify"><strong>Materials and Methods: </strong>This case control study was conducted on 31 brucellosis patients. Using 5 cc venous blood, the ELISA, Wright and Coombs Wright tests were performed before and 3 months after the treatment. The results were analyzed concerning the determination of specificity and sensitivity of the tests.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p align="justify"><strong>Results: </strong>The sensitivity of ELISA for IgM and IgG was 100%. Specificity of the test was 63.3% and 72.7% respectively.
