fa نتایج پیوند اعصاب زیرزبانی دو طرف عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> صدمه و قطع کامل هر دو عصب زیرزبانی پدیده نادری می باشد و به همین علت پیوند هر دو عصب زیرزبانی به تعداد معدودی گزارش شده است. در این مقاله به بحث در مورد چنین حادثه نادری که در جنگ تحمیلی رخ داده است، پرداخته می شود. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> مجروح 21 ساله مورد اصابت ترکش به فک تحتانی قرار گرفته، زاویه خاص برخورد و چگونگی اصابت ترکش باعث قطع هر دو عصب زیرزبانی شده ولی به عروق اصلی گردن آسیبی نرسیده و مصدوم زنده مانده و پس از مدتی هر دو عصب پیوند گردیدند. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> در پیگیری طولانی مدت با این که قطر زبان خوب و قدرت آن در حد مطلوب بود ولی اعمال اصلی و دقیق زبان در تکلم، بلع و کمک به جویدن کامل و مناسب نبوده است. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> در بررسی علل آن در مقالات و توضیح دلیل عدم پاسخ کامل این عصب مغزی بعد از پیوند دوطرفه، مسایل مختلفی از جمله صدمه سلول های هسته آن به خاطر قطع عصب، بازگشت رشته های عصبی به عضلات ناهمگون و در نتیجه عدم فعالیت هماهنگ و دقیق آن ها به عنوان عوامل اصلی عدم بازگشت کامل اعمال زبان مطرح می شود. </p> <p align="justify"><strong>History and Objectives:</strong> Damage and rupture of both sublingual nerves is rare phenomenon and its transplantation is occasionally reported. This report presents such a procedure during Force War of Iraq on Iran. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> A 21-year-old male afflicted with shrapnel wound on its lower jaw. The angle of wound was in such a way that both sublingual nerves were severed however, major neck vessels were intact and the patient survived the injuries and transplantation procedure was performed. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Results:</strong> In the long-term follow up, although the diameter and strength of tongue was good, however, its basic function, acuteness in speech, swallowing and assistance to chewing was not complete and proper. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Searching through literature, the reason for present poor performance, is mainly due to damage to nucleic cells, return of nerves to the muscle was not coordinated and therefore their activities were not proper and percise. </p> جنگ تحمیلی، عصب زیرزبانی، پیوند اعصاب 65 70 http://feyz.kaums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-564&slc_lang=fa&sid=1 Sohrab Shahrzadi سهراب شهرزادی 290031947532846002295 290031947532846002295 Yes
