fa بهبود و توسعه مراقبت، پیشگیری و درمان موکوزیت ناشی از شیمی‌درمانی: خلاصه سیاستی عمومى General خلاصه سیاستی Policy Brief <div class="WordSection1" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="page:WordSection1"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">موکوزیت دهانی به‌عنوان یکی از عوارض شایع و ناتوان‌کننده شیمی‌درمانی، علاوه‌بر پیامدهایی چون درد شدید، اختلال در تغذیه، کاهش کیفیت زندگی، افزایش خطر عفونت و وقفه در درمان سرطان، از جنبه‌های خاصی برای دندانپزشک نیز حائز اهمیت است. این جنبه‌ها شامل</span>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">موکوزیت مخاطی، اختلال در فلور طبیعی دهان (ازجمله رشد بیش‌ازحد کاندیدا) و تأثیر بر سلول‌های خون‌ساز می‌شود که کاهش گلبول‌های سفید و نوتروفیل‌ها</span> <span lang="AR-SA">(</span>WBC و PMN<span lang="AR-SA">)</span> <span lang="AR-SA">خطر عفونت را افزایش داده و ضرورت توجه به شمارش پلاکت را پیش از اقدامات دندانپزشکی پررنگ می‌کند.<b> </b>این خلاصه سیاستی، به بررسی ابعاد مختلف مشکل، تحلیل نقاط ضعف رویکردهای کنونی و ارائه توصیه‌های مبتنی بر شواهد برای سیاست‌گذاران، مدیران بهداشتی، ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت و محققان می‌پردازد. تاکید اصلی بر لزوم اتخاذ یک رویکرد یکپارچه، چندرشته‌ای و مبتنی بر شواهد است که از پیشگیری اولیه تا درمان عوارض و حمایت از بیماران را در برمی‌گیرد. تمرکز بر توسعه و اجرای دستورالعمل‌های بالینی استاندارد، ادغام مراقبت‌های حمایتی در مسیر درمان سرطان، آموزش بیماران و کارکنان بهداشتی، و تقویت پژوهش‌های کاربردی برای تولید شواهد بومی و ارزیابی اثربخشی مداخلات است</span><span lang="FA">.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%">Oral mucositis, a common and debilitating complication of chemotherapy, presents</span> <span style="line-height:115%">significant consequences including</span> <span style="line-height:115%">severe pain, nutritional impairment, reduced quality of life, increased risk of infection, and interruptions in cancer treatment. It also holds specific importance for dentists. These aspects include mucosal mucositis, disruption of the normal oral flora (including Candida overgrowth), and effects on hematopoietic cells, where the reduction of white blood cells and neutrophils (WBC and PMN) increases the risk of infection and underscores the necessity of monitoring platelet counts prior to dental procedures. This policy brief examines various dimensions of the problem, analyzes shortcomings in current approaches, and provides evidence-based recommendations for policymakers, health administrators, healthcare providers, and researchers. The primary emphasis is on the need for an integrated, multidisciplinary, and evidence-based approach encompassing primary prevention, complication management, and patient support.
