fa بررسی نقش میانجیگری طرحواره های ناسازگار در رابطه بین علایم سوگ پیچیده و سبک های دلبستگی در دانشجویان پزشکی Investigating the Mediating Role of Maladaptive Schemas in the Relationship Between Complex Grief Symptoms and Attachment Styles in Medical Students. عمومى General پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی‌گری طرحواره‌های ناسازگار در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی و علائم سوگ حل‌نشده در دانشجویان پزشکی انجام شد. این مطالعه توصیفی-همبستگی بر روی 350 دانشجوی پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد انجام شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سبک‌های دلبستگی بزرگسالان، پرسشنامه طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ و پرسشنامه سوگ حل‌نشده بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که سبک دلبستگی ایمن با علائم سوگ حل‌نشده رابطه منفی معنادار (r=-0/42, p<0/01) و سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن (اجتنابی و اضطرابی) با علائم سوگ حل‌نشده رابطه مثبت معنادار (r=0/38 و r=0/45, p<0/01) داشتند. طرحواره‌های ناسازگار و تمامی حوزه‌های آن با علائم سوگ حل‌نشده همبستگی مثبت معناداری نشان دادند (r=0/52 تا r=0/61, p<0/01). نتایج مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تأیید کرد که طرحواره‌های ناسازگار نقش میانجی‌گری کامل و معناداری در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی و علائم سوگ حل‌نشده دارند. شاخص‌های برازش مدل مطلوب بود (CFI=0/95, RMSEA=0/06). طرحواره‌های ناسازگار به عنوان مکانیسم میانجی مهمی در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی و سوگ حل‌نشده عمل می‌کنند. این یافته‌ها اهمیت درنظرگیری طرحواره‌های ناسازگار در برنامه‌های پیشگیری و درمان سوگ حل‌نشده در دانشجویان پزشکی را نشان می‌دهد. This study aimed to examine the mediating role of maladaptive schemas in the relationship between attachment styles and complicated grief symptoms in medical students. This descriptive-correlational study was conducted on 350 medical students from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Research instruments included the Adult Attachment Interview (AAI), Young Schema Questionnaire-Short Form (YSQ-SF), and Inventory of Complicated Grief (ICG). Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling. Results showed that secure attachment style had a significant negative relationship with complicated grief symptoms (r=-0.42, p<0.01), while insecure attachment styles (avoidant and anxious) had significant positive relationships with complicated grief symptoms (r=0.38 and r=0.45, p<0.01). Maladaptive schemas and all their domains showed significant positive correlations with complicated grief symptoms (r=0.52 to r=0.61, p<0.01). Structural equation modeling results confirmed that maladaptive schemas have a complete and significant mediating role in the relationship between attachment styles and complicated grief symptoms. Model fit indices were acceptable (CFI=0.95, RMSEA=0.06). Maladaptive schemas act as an important mediating mechanism in the relationship between attachment styles and complicated grief.
