fa بررسی وضعیت اعتماد به نفس دانش آموزان پسر دبیرستانهای شهر کاشان طی سال تحصیلی 76-1375 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> نظر به اهمیت اعتماد به نفس بر عملکردهای شغلی، اجتماعی، خانوادگی و بهداشت روانی بویژه در دوره نوجوانی و نظر به عدم اطلاع از وضعیت اعتماد به نفس در بین نوجوانان منطقه، به منظور تعیین وضعیت اعتماد به نفس دانش آموزان پسر دبیرستان های شهر کاشان این تحقیق در سال تحصیلی 76-1375 انجام گرفت. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی و براساس برآورد آماری بر روی 400 نمونه صورت پذیرفت. اعتماد به نفس بر مبنای تست Eysenck در سه وضعیت بالا (نمره بیشتر از 21)، متوسط (نمره 21-14) و خود کم بینی (نمره کمتر از 14) تعیین گردید. به علاوه خصوصیات جمعیت شناختی شامل رتبه تولد، بعد خانوار و سن نیز بررسی و ثبت شد. شیوع خود کم بینی در نمونه ها تعیین و با احتمال 95% در جامعه برآورد گردید. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> 21.5% نمونه های مورد پژوهش خود کم بین، 71.3% دارای اعتماد به نفس متوسط و 7.3% اعتماد به نفس بالا داشتند. اعتماد به نفس بالا در فرزندان خانواده های بیشتر از 5 نفر و در فرزندان اول خانواده ها بیشتر مشاهده گردید. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> با توجه به مطرح بودن خود کم بینی در بین نوجوانان شهر کاشان، تحقیقات بیشتری در زمینه عوامل موثر بر میزان اعتماد به نفس به شیوه تحلیلی توصیه می گردد. </p> <p align="justify"><strong>History and Objectives:</strong> Due to the importance of self-confidence on the carrier, social, family and psychological well being of adolescents, due to the lack of information on the self-confidence among adolescents, the present study was undertaken in order to determine the rate of self-confidence among male high school students in 1996-1997 school year. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> A descriptive study on 400 cases was performed. Self-confidence was assessed on the basis of Eyseneck method and divided into 3 high (Score higher than 21), fair (Score between 14-21) and low self esteem (Lower than 14). In addition, personal records including birth ranks in the family, family size and age were recorded. The prevalence of low self-esteem in the samples with 95% confidence of interval was obtained. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Results:</strong> Low self-confidence was observed among 21.5% whereas 71.3% individuals had fair self-confidence and 7.3% had high self-confidence.
