fa بررسی بافت شناسی استخوان قلبی در گوسفند عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> به منظور بافت شناسی استخوان قلبی، این تحقیق بر روی نمونه هایی از آن در بخش آناتومی دانشکده پزشکی و دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی طی سال 1377 انجام گرفت. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی صورت پذیرفت. پنج نمونه استخوان قلبی از قلب گوسفندان تهیه شد و درون محلول فرمالین ثابت گردید. سپس بر روی آن ها به وسیله اسید فرمیک عمل دکلسیفیکاسیون انجام گرفت. نمونه های آبگیری شده شفاف گردیدند و در پارافین قالب گیری شدند. سپس برش هایی که به ضخامت 5 میکرونی تهیه گردیده بودند به روش هماتوکسیلین ائوزین رنگ آمیزی شدند. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> هر 5 نمونه از استخوان قلبی دارای ساختمان غضروفی و استخوانی بودند. غضروف از نوع شفاف و استخوان از نوع اسفنجی می باشد. فضاهای مرکزی استخوان حاوی مغز استخوان بوده و در آن سلول های خونساز و مگاکاریوسیت وجود داشت. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> استخوان های قلبی مورد بررسی دارای فعالیت خون سازی بودند و انجام تحقیقات بیشتر در زمینه ارتباط های عروقی و عملکرد آن ها پیشنهاد می شود. </p> <p align="justify"><strong>History and Objectives:</strong> In order to histological evaluation of os cordis, this study was performed on some of its specimens at the ward of anatomy of faculties of medicine and dentistry of Shaheed Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 1377. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This study was performed by descriptive method. Five samples of os cordis were obtained from hearts of sheep and were fixed by formalin. After decalcification by formic acid and dehydration, it was cleared and embedded in paraphine. Then these sections, with 5 microns thickness, were stained by the hematoxylin and eosin method. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Results:</strong> In slides of each 5 samples of the os cordis hyaline cartilage and spongeous bone were observed.
