fa ترجمان دانش در دانشگاه‌ علوم‌پزشکی کاشان؛ دیدگاه اعضای هیأت‌علمی Knowledge translation in Kashan University of Medical Sciences; The views of faculty members عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: فاصله بین پژوهش و عمل، جزو یکی از چالش‌های مهمّ نظام سلامت به‌حساب می‌آید. یک پاسخ احتمالی به این چالش «ترجمان دانش» است. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی وضعیت ترجمان دانش در دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی کاشان در سال ۱۴۰1 طراحی و انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی در سال 1401 روی یک نمونه 114 نفری از اعضای هیأت‌علمی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی کاشان به‌روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انجام گرفت. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه ترجمان دانش بود که توسط کمیته ترجمان دانش دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی تهران طراحی و تأیید اعتبار شده بود. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده ازطریق نرم‌افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون‌های تی‌ تک‌نمونه‌ای، تی مستقل، تحلیل واریانس، یومن ویتنی و اندازه‌گیری مکرر مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج: میانگین نمره کلّ ترجمان دانش، 0/54±2/73 و هریک از ابعاد نیازسنجی مخاطبان، تولید و کاربرد دانش به‌ترتیب 0/65±2/68، 0/59±2/82 و 0/57±2/67 به‌دست آمده است که اختلاف معناداری با حدّ متوسط 3 دارند. بُعد «کاربرد دانش» کمترین و بُعد «تولید دانش» بیشترین میانگین را به‌خود اختصاص دادند. همچنین بین میانگین امتیاز کلی ترجمان دانش و هریک از ابعاد آن با جنس، جایگاه شغلی، نوع گروه، سابقه خدمت، سطح تحصیلات، شرکت در کارگاه‌های آموزش ترجمان دانش و تعداد طرح پژوهشی اعضای هیأت‌علمی موردمطالعه اختلاف آماری معناداری وجود نداشت. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که وضعیت ترجمان دانش در دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی کاشان کمتر از سطح متوسط می‌باشد و تا سطح مطلوب فاصله دارد. بنابراین اقداماتی جهت تسهیل فرآیند ترجمان دانش در دانشگاه و بهبود شرایط آن ضروری می‌باشد.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: The gap between research and practice is one of the important challenges of the health system. A possible answer to this challenge is knowledge translation. This research was designed and conducted to assess the status of knowledge translation in Kashan University of Medical Sciences in 2022. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 2022 on a sample of 114 faculty members of Kashan University of Medical Sciences using convenience sampling. The research tool was the knowledge translation questionnaire, which was designed and validated by the knowledge translation committee of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS software and using one-sample t-tests, independent t-tests, analysis of variance, Mann-Whitney U and repeated measurements. Results: The mean score of knowledge translation was 2.73±0.54 and each of the dimensions of audience needs assessment, knowledge production and knowledge application were 2.68±0.65, 2.82±0.59 and 2.67±0.57, respectively, which have a significant difference with the average limit of 3. »Knowledge application« dimension had the lowest and »Knowledge production« dimension had the highest average. Also, there was no statistically significant difference between the overall average score of knowledge translation and each of its dimensions with department, work experience, executive position, education level and attending knowledge translation training workshops and the number of research projects of the studied faculty members. Conclusion: The results show that the status of knowledge translation in Kashan University of Medical Sciences is lower than the average level and far from the desired level.
