fa تأثیر تمرین استقامتی و مصرف ویتامین C در شرایط آلودگی هوا بر بیان پروتئین‌های آپوپتوتیک BAX و Bcl-2 مغز موش‌های صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار The effect of endurance training and vitamin C consumption in the conditions of air pollution on the expression of apoptotic proteins BAX and Bcl-2 in the brain of male Wistar rats عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: عواملی مانند تمرین‌های ورزشی و مصرف مکمل‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی می‌تواند سبب تعدیل یا افزایش آپوپتوز شود. بنابراین هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر، تأثیر تمرین استقامتی و مصرف ویتامین C در شرایط آلودگی هوا بر بیان پروتئین‌های آپوپتوتیک BAX و Bcl-2 مغز موش‌های ‌صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار بود. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه تجربی، تعداد 30 سر موش ‌صحرایی نژاد ویستار به ‌صورت تصادفی به پنج گروه 1) کنترل هوای آلوده 2) مکمل 3) تمرین 4) تمرین + مکمل و 5) کنترل هوای سالم تقسیم شدند. موش‌های ‌صحرایی تمرین در هوای آلوده در اتاقکی مخصوص برای شبیه‌سازی هوای آلوده، نگهدای شدند و پروتکل تمرینی استقامتی را انجام دادند. گروه‌های مکمل ویتامین C، مکمل را با دوز mg/kg 20 دریافت کردند. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق آزمون‌های ANOVA یک‌طرفه و تعقیبی توکی در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 26 انجام شد. نتایج: بین گروه‌های پژوهش حاضر تفاوت معنی‌داری در بیان ژن پروتئین BAX و BCL-2 وجود داشت (0/0001≥P). این تفاوت معنی‌دار، افزایش بیان پروتئین BAX در گروه تمرین + مکمل و همچنین گروه کنترل هوای سالم نسبت به دیگر گروه‌ها را نشان داد (0/05≥P). در گروه‌های تمرین و مکمل، کاهش بیان پروتئین BCL-2 نسبت به گروه کنترل‌‌ها (آلوده و سالم) نشان داده شد (0/05≥P). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به افزایش بیان BAX و کاهش BCL-2، احتمالاً تمرین ورزشی در هوای آلوده می‌تواند منجر به آسیب‌های سلولی مرتبط با آپوپتوز شود. همچنین مصرف مکمل ویتامین C به‌تنهایی یا همراه با تمرین‌های ورزشی، نمی‌تواند آپوپتوز سلول‌های مغزی را تعدیل کند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Factors such as exercises training and taking antioxidant supplements can moderate or increase apoptosis. Therefore, this present study aimed to the effect of endurance training and vitamin C consumption in the conditions of air pollution on the expression of apoptotic proteins BAX and Bcl-2 in the brain of male Wistar rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: 1) polluted air control, 2) supplement, 3) training, 4) training+supplement, and 5) healthy air control .Rats trained in polluted air were maintained in a special chamber to simulate polluted air and performed endurance training protocol .Vitamin C supplement groups received the supplement at a dose of 20 mg/kg. Data analysis was done through One-Way-ANOVA and Tukey's post-hoc tests in SPSS version 26 software. Results: There is a significant difference in BAX and BCL-2 protein gene expression between the groups (P≤0.0001). This significant difference was the increase in BAX protein expression in the training+supplement group as well as the healthy air control group compared to other groups (P≤0.05). In the training and supplement groups were seen a decrease in BCL-2 protein expression compared to the control group (polluted and healthy) (P≤0.05). Conclusion: Considering the increase in BAX and decrease in BCL-2 expression, it is possible that training in polluted air can lead to cell damage related to apoptosis.
