fa بررسی مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی در باکتری‌های جداشده از خون بیماران کووید-19 بستری در بخش ویژه کرونای بیمارستان کوثر سمنان medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">سابقه و<span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"> هدف:</span></span></strong><span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><strong> </strong>با گذشت بیش از دو سال از اپیدمی کووید 19، این بیماری همچنان یک بحران جهانی می‌باشد. یکی دیگر از چالش‌های جهانی، مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی است. بنابراین این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و تعیین مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی باکتری‌های جداشده در نمونه‌های خون بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 بستری در بخش ویژه کرونا بیمارستان کوثر سمنان طی سال 1399 انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">مطالعه حاضر، یک مطالعه توصیفی - مقطعی گذشته‌نگر می‌باشد که در بازه زمانی فروردین تا اسفندماه سال 1399 در سمنان اجرا شد. در این مطالعه 22 نمونه خون کشت مثبت از نظر باکتری به‌صورت تمام‌شماری مربوط به بیماران مبتلا به کووید 19 وارد مطالعه شدند. میانگین سنّ بیماران مورد مطالعه 74/09 بود. 13 نفر از بیماران مورد بررسی مرد و 9 نفر زن بودند. اکثر بیماران مبتلا به دیابت و فشار خون بودند.</span><span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">نتایج:</span></span></strong><span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"> </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">کلبسیلا شایع‌ترین باکتری در بین نمونه‌های کشت‌شده بود. میانگین مدت بستری بیماران مبتلا به کووید 19 کشت‌مثبت به‌ترتیب 16/09 روز بود. نتایج آنتی‌بیوگرام نشان داد که در باکتری‌های گرم منفی، بیشترین حساسیت مربوط به جنتامایسین و بیشترین مقاومت مربوط به مروپنم می‌باشد و در میان باکتری‌های گرم مثبت نیز بیشترین حساسیت مربوط به اگزاسیلین و کوآموکسی‌کلاو و بیشترین مقاومت مربوط به مروپنم است.<span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"><span style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span><span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"> </span></strong><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">عفونت ثانویه با علت باکتری‌ها، میزان مرگ‌ومیر بیماران مبتلا به کووید 19 را افزایش می‌دهد و مقاومت آنتی‌بیوتیکی در باکتری‌های جداشده از بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 بالا می‌باشد.<span class="StyleLatinHelveticaComplex2LotusLatin12ptComple"><span style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Background</b>: More than two years have passed since the epidemic of Covid-19, this disease is still a global crisis. Antibiotic resistance is a global challenge. Therefore, this study aimed to identify and determine the antibiotic resistance of bacteria isolated in the blood samples of patients with Covid-19 hospitalized in the special corona ward of Kosar Semnan Hospital during 2020-2021.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Materials and Methods</b>: The current study is a retrospective cross-sectional descriptive study that was conducted in Semnan. In this study, 22 blood samples with positive bacterial cultures related to patients with Covid-19 were included in the study. The average age of the studied patients was 74.09. 13 patients were male and 9 were female.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Results</b>: Klebsiella was the most common bacteria among the cultured samples. The average length of hospitalization of patients with positive culture Covid-19 was 16.09 days.
