fa بررسی اپیدمیولوژیک بیماران مبتلا به سوش دلتای COVID-19 بستری‌شده در بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان Evaluation the epidemiologic of patients with COVID-19 delta variant admitted to Shahid Beheshti hospital in Kashan medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: از اواخر دسامبر سال 2019 میلادی یک بیماری ناشی از کروناویروس جدید تحت‌عنوان COVID-19 در چین گزارش شد. این مطالعه به‌منظور بررسی یافته‌های جمعیت‌شناختی، بالینی، پاراکلینیک و پیامد بیماران مبتلا به سوش دلتای COVID-19 انجام شد. مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه سری - موارد، ۲۳۹ نفر از بیماران مبتلا به سوش دلتای COVID-19 با PCR مثبت انتخاب شدند. پرونده بیماران حاوی اطلاعات دموگرافیک، علائم بالینی، یافته‌های پاراکلینیک و پیامد بود. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده از طریق نرم‌افزار SPSS مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج: در بین بیماران موردمطالعه، زنان با 6/53 درصد بیشترین فراوانی را داشتند و بیش از نیمی از بیماران بالای 50 سال بودند. اکثریت بیماران، گروه خونی O (45/2 درصد) داشته و نزدیک به 60 درصد بیماران، حداقل دارای یک بیماری زمینه‌ای بوده‌اند که فشار خون بالا، دیابت و قلبی - عروقی شایع‌ترین آن‌ها می‌باشد. نزدیک به 90 درصد از بیماران، واکسن دریافت نکرده بودند. شایع‌ترین علائم بالینی، شامل تب (60/3 درصد)، سرفه (59/8 درصد) و تنگی ‌نفس (50/2 درصد) بود. نزدیک به 90 درصد بیماران، درگیری ریوی را در سطح خفیف تا شدید تجربه کرده و همچنین نزدیک به 75 درصد بیماران از لحاظ شدت بیماری کووید-19 در محدوده متوسط تا شدید بودند. درنهایت 13 این بیمار (5/4 درصد) فوت کردند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به این‌که عمده بیماران واکسن دریافت نکرده بودند و همچنین اکثریت آن‌ها در فاز متوسط تا شدید بیماری قرار داشتند، بنابراین ضرورت دریافت واکسن جهت پیشگیری از بیماری کووید-19 مشخص می‌شود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Outbreaks of a new virus called COVID-19 have been reported in China since late December 2019. This study was performed to evaluate the demographic, clinical, paraclinical findings and outcome of patients with the COVID-19 delta strain. Materials and Methods: In this case-series study, 239 patients with delta strain of COVID-19 with positive PCR were selected. The patients' files contained demographic information, clinical symptoms, paraclinical findings and outcome. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS software. Results: Among the studied patients, women were the most frequent with 53.6% and more than half of the patients were over 50 years old. The majority of patients had blood group O (45.2%), and nearly 60% of patients had at least one underlying disease, of which high blood pressure, diabetes and cardiovascular disease are the most common. Nearly 90% of patients did not receive the vaccine. The most common clinical symptoms included fever (60.3%), cough (59.8%) and dyspnea (50.2%). Nearly 90% of patients experienced mild to severe lung involvement, and nearly 75% of patients were in the moderate to severe range of the severity of the COVID-19 disease. Finally, 13 patients (5.4%) died.
