fa ارزیابی هوش اخلاقی کارآموزان و کارورزان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان در سال 1400 medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>با توجه به این‌که هوش اخلاقی بر عملکرد حرفه‌ای افراد و ارائه خدمات بهداشت و درمان مطلوب‌تر و کاهش هزینه‌های درمانی تأثیر مستقیم دارد، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی هوش اخلاقی کارآموزان و کارورزان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان در سال 1400 انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><strong>مواد و روش‌ها: </strong>این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی در سال 1400 بر روی دانشجویان مقاطع بالینی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان انجام ‌شده است. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت طبقه‌ای تصادفی از بین کارآموزان و کارورزان پزشکی انجام گرفت. در مجموع 209 نفر در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقی لنیک و کیل بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار</span> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">SPSS</span><span style="font-size:9.0pt"> ویرایش 22 تحلیل شد.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><strong>نتایج:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میانگین نمره هوش اخلاقی دانشجویان برابر با 9/15</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">&plusmn;</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt">71/75 (خوب) بوده است. در بررسی ابعاد هوش اخلاقی، درستکاری با نمره 10/44</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">&plusmn;</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt">73/15 بیشترین و بخشش با 10/92&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">68</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt">/06 کمترین نمره را دارد. نمره مسؤولیت‌پذیری</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">9/86&plusmn;</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt">72/64</span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">و نمره همدلی 12&plusmn;70/83 </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt">بود. بین نمره مسؤولیت‌پذیری کارآموزان و کارورزان </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">با </span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt">(0/03</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">=</span><i><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt">P</span></i><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt">) اختلاف معنی‌دار مشاهده شد. شاخص‌های مسؤولیت‌پذیری، بخشش، درستکاری و هوش اخلاقی برحسب گذراندن و نگذراندن درس اخلاق پزشکی تفاوت معنادار آماری وجود داشت. </span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt">هوش اخلاقی و تمامی ابعاد آن به‌جز همدلی، در دانشجویان خوابگاهی نسبت به دانشجویانی که در منزل شخصی با خانواده زندگی می‌کنند، مقدار کمتری داشته است.</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="border:none windowtext 1.0pt; font-size:9.0pt; padding:0cm">نتیجه‌گیری</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt">:</span> </strong><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:9.0pt">با توجه به سطح نمره هوش اخلاقی و پایین‌بودن نمره همدلی دانشجویان پزشکی مقاطع بالینی، نیاز به بازنگری در دستورالعمل‌های اخلاقی جهت توسعه هوش اخلاقی وجود دارد.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Background:</strong> Moral intelligence has a direct effect on the professional performance of individuals, desirable health services and reduction of medical costs. This study was aimed to evaluate the moral intelligence of trainees and medical interns of Kashan University of medical sciences in 2021.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This descriptive cross-sectional study was performed in 2021 on clinical students. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling among medical trainees and interns. A total of 209 people participated in the study. The data collection tool was Lenick and Kiel Moral Intelligence Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS software.</span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Lotus""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Results:</strong> The results of this study showed that the mean score of students&#39; moral intelligence was 71.75. 9.15 (good). In examining the dimensions of moral intelligence, honesty with a score of 73.15&plusmn;10.44 has the highest score and forgiveness with a score of 10.92&plusmn;68.06 has the lowest score. The difference in the mean score of moral intelligence in the dimension of responsibility was significant (<i>P</i>=0.03).
