fa مقایسه شدت و خطر ابتلا به COVID-19 در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های بافت همبند التهابی و غیرالتهابی: یک مطالعه چندمرکزی Comparing the severity and risk of developing COVID-19 in patients with inflammatory and non-inflammatory connective tissue diseases medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: بیماری COVID-19 برای نخستین‌بار در دسامبر 2019 در ووهان چین گزارش شد. بیماری‌های بافت همبند التهابی، شامل آرتریت روماتوئید و لوپوس و انواع غیرالتهابی شامل آرتروز و دیسکوپاتی می‌باشند. این مطالعه به‌منظور مقایسه شدت و خطر ابتلا به COVID-19 در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های التهابی و غیر‌التهابی بافت همبند انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی برروی مبتلایان به COVID-19 با PCR مثبت در یک جمعیت 2370 نفری از بیماران بافت همبند التهابی (1030 نفر) و غیر‌التهابی (1340 نفر) انجام گرفت. نمونه‌گیری به‌روش دردسترس انجام شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده، ازطریق نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 16 مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج: در این مطالعه 190 بیمار (142 مورد بیماری بافت همبند التهابی و 48 مورد غیر‌التهابی) مبتلا به COVID-19 مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. خطر ابتلا به COVID-19 در بین بیماران بافت همبند، 01/8 درصد، در بیماران بافت همبند التهابی 8/13 درصد و در مورد مبتلایان به انواع غیرالتهابی، 6/3 درصد برآورد شد. از دیگر یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر، وجود اختلاف معنادار بین دو گروه بیماران بافت همبند التهابی و غیرالتهابی از لحاظ شدت بیماری COVID-19 بود، به‌طوری‌که شدت عفونت در گروه التهابی بیشتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان می‌دهد که خطر ابتلا به COVID-19 در بین بیماران بافت همبند التهابی، 8/3 برابر مبتلایان به اختلالات بافت همبند غیرالتهابی است. </div> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> Background: Covid-19 disease was first reported in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. Inflammatory connective tissue diseases include rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, and non-inflammatory types include osteoarthritis and discopathy. This study was performed to compare the severity and risk of COVID-19 in patients with inflammatory and non-inflammatory connective tissue diseases.</pre> <div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="text-align: justify;"></div> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional survey was performed on patients with COVID-19 with positive PCR in a population of 2370 patients with inflammatory connective tissue (1030 cases) and non-inflammatory patients (1340 cases). Sampling was performed by convenience method. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software version 16.</pre> <div style="text-align: justify;">Results: In this research, 190 patients (including 142 cases of inflammatory and 48 cases of non-inflammatory connective tissue disorders) with COVID-19. The risk of COVID-19 was estimated 8.01% in connective tissue cases, 13.8% in inflammatory connective tissue patients and 3.6% in cases with non-inflammatory types. Another finding of our study was a significant difference between the two groups of inflammatory and non-inflammatory connective tissue patients in terms of the severity of COVID-19, so that the severity of the infection was higher in the inflammatory group.
