</strong>بنابراین استفاده از بسته‌های آموزشی به‌عنوان یک روش آموزشی آسان و ایمن می‌تواند در جهت افزایش سواد سلامت و افزایش تبعیت از درمان در بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی قلبی و پیشگیری از پیشرفت بیماری style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Background</b>: Heart failure is a major problem that affects a person&#39;s quality of life. This study aimed to determine the effect of educational package on health literacy and following treatment recommendations in patients with heart failure.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Materials and Methods:</b> This experimental study was performed on 60 patients with heart failure in Shahid Beheshti Hospital of Kashan from 1398 to 1400 in two groups of control and intervention. Before and after the intervention, demographic information questionnaires, specific health literacy of patients with heart failure and Madanlu treatment adherence questionnaire were completed by both groups.</span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Results:</b> Comparing the mean score of adherence to treatment and its dimensions after the intervention had a statistically significant difference (<i>P</i><0.05). Also showed a statistically significant difference in the mean score of adherence to treatment and its dimensions in the intervention group, beginning and end of training (<i>P</i><0.05). Comparison of the mean score of health literacy and its dimensions after the intervention had a statistically significant difference (<i>P</i><0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the mean score of health literacy and its dimensions in the intervention group, beginning and end of the intervention (<i>P</i><0.05).
