en بررسی یافته‌های اپیدمیولوژیک، بالینی و پاراکلینیک بیماران بستری با تشخیص قطعی آنفلوانزای A (H1N1) The survey of epidemiological, clinical and para-clinical findings of hospitalized patients with definitive diagnosis of influenza A (H1N1) medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: آنفلوانزای  Aیک مشکل عمومی سیستم بهداشتی محسوب می‌شود. این مطالعه برای ارزیابی الگوی بیماری در بیماران مبتلا به آنفلوانزای  A (H1N1)  ثابت‌شده در شهرستان کاشان در سال 1398 انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی روی 53 بیمار قطعی آنفلوانزای A (H1N1) انجام شد. تست RT-PCR در هر بیمار با علائم شبه‌آنفلوانزا جهت اثبات تشخیص صورت گرفت. اطلاعات دموگرافیک، یافته‌های بالینی و پاراکلینیک بیماران، جمع‌آوری و به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار SPSS آنالیز شد. نتایج: در این مطالعه، 29 مرد (54/7 درصد) و 24 زن (45/3 درصد) حاضر بودند. میانگین سنی 18/5 ± 45 بود. بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به گروه سنی 90- 61 ساله، 18 نفر (34 درصد) و کمترین فراوانی مربوط به گروه سنی 20- 0 ساله، 5 نفر (9 درصد) بود. سابقه مسافرت در 5 بیمار (9/5 درصد) وجود داشت. از 53 بیمار 8 نفر (15/1 درصد) مبتلا به بیماری زمینه‌ای مزمن بودند. میانگین طول مدت بستری 3/49 ± 5 بود. شایع‌ترین علائم بالینی به‌ترتیب تب در 35 نفر (66 درصد)، سرفه در 24 نفر (45/3 درصد) و تنگی نفس در 19 نفر (35/8 درصد) بود. افزایش ESR در 21 نفر (39/6 درصد) و ترومبوسیتوپنی در 27 نفر (50/9 درصد) وجود داشت. از 53 بیمار، فقط یک مورد فوت شده بود. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به شیوع بالای درگیری در سنین بالا و نیز وقوع بیشتر عوارض و مرگ در سالمندان، باید با انجام واکسیناسیون افراد بالای 60 سال در جهت پیشگیری از ابتلای آن‌ها تلاش کرد.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Influenza A is considered a general health system problem. This study was performed to evaluate the disease pattern in patients with influenza A (H1N1) proven in Kashan city in 2019. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was carried out on 53 definite cases of influenza A (H1N1). PCR was performed in all patients with flulike symptoms for confirm diagnosis.  The demographic, clinical and para clinical information of patients were collected and analyzed by SPSS 16. Results: In this study were 29 male (54.7%) and 24 female (45.3%). The mean age was     45 ± 18.5. The highest frequency was related to the age group of 61-90 years, 18 (34%) and the lowest frequency was related to the age group of 0-20 years, 5 (9%). Travel history in 5 patients (9.5%) Out of 53 patients, 8 (15.1%) had chronic underlying disease. The mean length of hospital stay was 5±3.49. The most common clinical symptoms were respectively fever in 35(66%), cough in 24(45.3%) and dyspnea in 19 (35.8%) cases. There was increased ESR in 21 (39.6%) and thrombocytopenia in 27 (50.9%) cases. Of the 53 patients, only one case had died.
