fa تأثیر دیابت شیرین بر علائم بالینی، یافته‌های آزمایشگاهی و مرگ‌و‌میر بیماران مبتلا به COVID-19؛ یک مطالعه مقطعی - تحلیلی medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic مروري Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"><strong>سابقه و هدف: </strong>بنابر مطالعاتی که تابه‌حال صورت گرفته، ابتلا به ویروس کرونا در بیماران دیابتی نسبت به موارد غیردیابتی پیامدهای بالینی شدیدتری به‌دنبال داشته است؛ از این‌رو، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی شدت بیماری و مرگ‌و‌میر در بیماران آلوده به</span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Coronavirus </span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">2019 بین این 2 گروه انجام شده است.</span><br> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها: در مطالعه مقطعی - تحلیلی حاضر، سوابق بالینی 99 بیمار بستری با تشخیص آزمایشگاهی مثبت کووید 19، از 14 فوریه تا 26 فوریه سال 2020 بررسی شد. بیماران به 2 گروه غیردیابتی (77 نفر) و دیابتی (22 نفر) تقسیم شدند و علائم بالینی، پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی خون، مدت‌زمان بستری، یافته‌های سی‌تی‌اسکن و میزان مرگ‌و‌میر آن‌ها مقایسه گردید.</span><br> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;"><strong>نتایج:</strong> براساس نتایج، بیشتر بیماران مذکر بودند و درمقایسه با بیماران غیر‌دیابتی، گروه دیابتی به‌طور معناداری مسن‌تر بودند (0/01</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P=</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">). همچنین در گروه دیابتی آنزیم کبدی آلکالین فسفاتاز، ویتامین </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">D</span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> و فشار اکسیژن خون</span> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;">افزایش و میزان اشباع هموگلوبین کاهش یافته بود (05/0></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span></em><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">). همراهی با بیماری‌های قلبی - عروقی در گروه دیابتی به‌طور معنی‌داری بیشتر بود (0/05></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span></em><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">). بررسی سایر موارد، تفاوت معنی‌داری را بین دو گروه نشان نداد.</span><br> <span style="font-size:9.0pt;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> براساس مطالعه انجام‌شده به‌نظر می‌رسد که بیماران دیابتی و غیر‌دیابتی دارای یافته‌های بالینی و پاراکلینیک تقریباً مشابه می‌باشند، از این‌رو تحقیقات گسترده‌تر با حجم نمونه‌های بزرگ‌تر برای دستیابی به نتایج دقیق‌تر مورد‌نیاز است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Background:</strong> Coronavirus infection in patients with pre-existing diabetes mellitus has been shown to indicate a poorer outcome compared to non-diabetic cases. This study aimed to explore disease severity and mortality in patients infected with Coronavirus 2019 disease (COVID-19) between these two groups.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The current analytical cross sectional study reviewed the medical records of 99 patients hospitalized with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 from February 14^th to February 26^th, 2020. The cases were divided into non-diabetic (n=77) and diabetic (n=22) groups. The differences in clinical symptoms, biochemical parameters, length of hospital stay, CT scan analysis, and the </span><a name="_Hlk59182718"><span style="color:#000000;">proportion of the patients with the outcome of mortality </span></a><span style="color:#000000;">were compared.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The statistical analysis illustrated that most of the patients were male, and compared to non-diabetic, patients with diabetes were significantly older (<em>P</em>=0.01). Results indicated a considerable increase in ALP, vitamin D, pO₂ levels of serum and a decrease in SpO₂(<em>P</em><0.05). The patients with co-existing metabolic disorders, such as cardiovascular diseases were significantly higher in the diabetic group (<em>P</em><0.05).
