fa بررسی میزان حساسیت FNA در تشخیص موارد مثبت ژینکوماستی و پستان نابجا عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> ژینکوماستی و پستان نابجا از ناهنجاری های پستان می باشند. با توجه به مشکلات شناخته شده بیوپسی جهت تشخیص و نیز گزارش های متفاوت از میزان حساسیت در تشخیص FNA در تشخیص ژینکوماستی و پستان نابجا و به منظور تعیین حساسیت آزمایش جراحی FNA و تعیین موارد مثبت آن در این دو ناهنجاری، این تحقیق از نیمه دوم سال 1375 تا خرداد ماه 1376 در مراجعه کنندگان به درمانگاه بیمارستان شهید دکتر بهشتی کاشان با تشخیص بالینی ژینکوماستی و پستان نابجا انجام گرفت. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی بر روی بیماران با تشخیص بالینی ژینکوماستی و پستان نابجا صورت پذیرفت. ابتدا FNA در هر مورد به عمل آمد و سپس بیماران تحت عمل جراحی خارج کردن توده (بیوپسی) قرار گرفتند. در نهایت، نتایج این دو آزمایش با هم مقایسه و موارد مثبت FNA در ژینکوماستی و پستان نابجا تعیین شد. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> از 20 بیمار مورد بررسی در این پژوهش، 9 بیمار با توده آگزیلاری پستان نابجا در سن 11±27.1 سال و 11 بیمار با تشخیص ژینکوماستی در سن 9.5±28.9 سال بودند. میزان صحت FNA تشخیص پستان نابجا 3 مورد (33.3%) و در تشخیص ژینکوماستی مورد (54.5%) به دست آمد. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> در مواردی که FNA در ژینکوماستی و پستان نابجا مثبت باشد، انجام بیوپسی مورد تردید به نظر می رسد. تحقیقات بیشتر در این زمینه توصیه می شود. </p> <p align="justify"><strong>History and Objectives:</strong> Gynecomasty and ectopic breast are disorders of breast. Due to difficulties in the biopsy diagnosis and different reports on sensitivity of FNA test for diagnosis of gynecomasty and ectopic breast and in order to identify the sensitivity of FNA test, the present study was carried out on patients referred to surgical clinic of Kashan Shaheed Beheshti hospital for clinical diagnosis of gynecomasty and ectopic breast. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> A descriptive study was conducted on patients with clinical diagnosis of gynecomasty and ectopic breast. FNA test was performed before the surgical operation to remove the mass (Biopsy). The outcome of the 2 tests was compared and the positive cases of FNA in gynecomasty and ectopic breast were identified. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Results:</strong> From total of 20 patients, 9 with the mean age of 27.1±11 years had axillary mass with ectopic breast and 11 cases (Mean age of 28.9±9.5 years) had gynecomasty.
