fa اثربخشی درمان واقعیت مجازی همراه با آروماتراپی بر شدت درد بیماران کلیوی عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">سابقه و هدف: </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">بیماران مبتلا به نارسایی مزمن کلیه در مراحل انتهایی (</span></span></strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">ESRD</span></span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">) برای حفظ سلامت خود تحت همودیالیز قرار می‌گیرند. همودیالیز عوارض زیادی به همراه دارد که درد مزمن از شایع‌ترین آن‌هاست؛ بنابراین یافتن روش‌هایی برای کاهش درد این بیماران اهمیت دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان واقعیت مجازی و آروماتراپی بر شدت درد بیماران کلیوی تحت همودیالیز اجرا شد.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">در این پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:Sakkal Majalla;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل، از بین بیماران تحت همودیالیز شهر زنجان در سال 1397، 20 بیمار به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند و به دو گروه 10 نفری آزمایش (دریافت درمان واقعیت مجازی همراه با آروماتراپی به‌صورت گروهی طی دو ماه در 8 جلسه یک‌ساعته) و کنترل تقسیم شدند. برای سنجش متغیر شدت درد از مقیاس عددی 11 نقطه‌ای </span></span></strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">NRS-11</span></span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> استفاده شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده از طریق نرم‌افزار </span></span></strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">SPSS</span></span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> نسخه 26 و با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس آمیخته مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">نتایج: </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">یافته‌ها نشان داد که میانگین درد در گروه آزمایش در هر دو مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از گروه کنترل بود (001/0</span></span></strong><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">P</span></span></span></em><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"><</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">).</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">درمان واقعیت مجازی به همراه آروماتراپی، می&shy;تواند روش درمانی مؤثری در کاهش شدت درد بیماران کلیوی تحت همودیالیز محسوب گردد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود که متخصصان حوزه روان‌شناسی و مشاوره از نتایج پژوهش حاضر در راستای ارتقای سلامت بیماران استفاده نمایند.</span></span></strong> <strong>Background:</strong> Patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) undergo hemodialysis to maintain their health. Hemodialysis has many complications, chronic pain is one of the most common that is associated with some psychological variables, so it is important to find ways to reduce pain in these patients. Accordingly, the present study was performed to determine the effectiveness of virtual reality therapy and aromatherapy on pain intensity in renal patients undergoing hemodialysis.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In this quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest design and follow-up with a control group, among patients undergoing hemodialysis in Zanjan in 1397, 20 patients were purposefully selected and divided into two groups of 10 (receiving Virtual reality treatments combined with aromatherapy were divided into groups over two months in 8 one-hour sessions and control. The NRS-11 numerical scale was used to measure the pain intensity variable. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software version 26 using mixed analysis of variance.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that the mean pain in the experimental group in both post-test and follow-up stages was significantly higher than the control group (<em>P</em><0.001).<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Virtual reality therapy along with aromatherapy can considered as an effective treatment method in reducing the pain intensity of renal patients undergoing hemodialysis.
