en بررسی اثر کاهش مصرف سیگار بر آزمون‌های عملکرد کبد و شاخص‌های متابولیک در بیماران سیگاری مبتلا به استئاتوهپاتیت غیرالکلی medicine, paraclinic medicine, paraclinic پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">سابقه و هدف: </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی اثرات کاهش مصرف سیگار بر آزمون‌های عملکرد کبد و شاخص‌های متابولیک در بیماران سیگاری مبتلا به استئاتوهپاتیت غیرالکلی انجام شد. </span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> علاوه بر درمان استاندارد، همه بیماران</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> جهت کاهش مصرف سیگار تحت 6 جلسه آموزش به‌روش &laquo;مصاحبه انگیزشی&raquo; قرار گرفتند. این کارآزمایی شامل دو گروه بود. گروه &laquo;موفق&raquo; مبتلایان به استئاتوهپاتیت غیرالکلی بودند که کاهش در مصرف سیگار به میزان بیشاز 50 درصد را در طول شش ماه درمان داشتند. گروه &laquo;ناموفق&raquo; مبتلایانی بودند که در مصرف سیگار کاهش کمتر از 50 درصد را داشتند. </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">43 نفر از بیماران در گروه موفق و 61 نفر در گروه ناموفق بودند.</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">نتایج:</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> در آنالیز بین‌گروهی کاهش میانگین میزان فشارخون، اندازه دور کمر، آلانین آمینوترانسفراز، آلکالین فسفاتاز، قندخون ناشتا، انسولین، </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">تری‌گلیسیرید، کلسترول، لیپوپروتئین با دانسیته بالا</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> و میزان چربی کبد در پایان تحقیق در گروه موفق بیشتر از گروه ناموفق بود. در آنالیز درون‌گروهی، میزان چربی کبد در گروه ناموفق افزایش و در گروه موفق کاهش داشت. در حالی‌که متغیرهای وزن، شاخص توده بدنی، اندازه دور کمر، فشارخون، آلکالین فسفاتاز، قندخون ناشتا، انسولین، </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">تری‌گلیسیرید، کلسترول و لیپوپروتئین با دانسیته بالا</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> پس از 6 ماه درمان در هر دو گروه کاهش معنی‌داری داشتند.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"> به‌نظر می‌رسد درمان استاندارد همراه با کاهش مصرف سیگار تأثیر بیشتری از درمان استاندارد به‌تنهایی در کاهش اندازه دور کمر، فشارخون، شاخص‌های متابولیک سرمی و میزان چربی کبد در افراد </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">سیگاری مبتلا به استئاتوهپاتیت غیرالکلی دارد.</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"><span style="font-size:9.0pt;"></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background:</strong> This study aimed to investigate the effects of smoking reduction on liver function tests and metabolic parameters in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) smokers.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> In addition to standard treatment, all patients participated in 6 sessions of &ldquo;motivational interview&rdquo; workshops to encourage smoking decrement. The clinical trial consisted of two successful and unsuccessful arms. Those who decreased daily cigarette smoking more than 50% were labeled as &ldquo;successful&rdquo; group. The &ldquo;unsuccessful&rdquo; group consisted of those who were decreased the daily cigarette smoking less than 50%. The successful and unsuccessful groups were 43 (41%) and 61 (59%) patients respectively. The data regarding number of daily cigarette smoking, liver function tests and metabolic parameters were checked twice, in 3 and 6 months&rsquo; time after starting the intervention.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Liver function tests, metabolic parameters and liver fat content (LFC) were decreased in both arms after 6 months.
