fa میزان ایمنی واکسیناسیون پولیو در کودکان گروه سنی 10-7 ساله شهرستان اهواز عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> نظر به این که ریشه کنی ویروس های پولیو تیپ های I و II و III از اهداف اساسی سازمان بهداشت جهانی است و با کوشش و برنامه های متداول مسئولان بهداشتی کشورمان نیز این امر در حال پوشش می باشد و از طرفی، کشورمان در شرایط حذف پولیو قرار دارد، از این رو ایمنی حاصل از واکسیناسیون پولیو خوراکی در کودکان واکسینه شده بسیار حائز اهمیت است، چون از وضعیت آن در منطقه اطلاعی در دست نیست. بنابراین به منظور تعیین میزان ایمنی واکسیناسیون پولیو این تحقیق بر روی کودکان گروه سنی 10-7 ساله شهرستان اهواز انجام گرفت. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>مواد و روش ها:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی بر روی 324 سرم کودکان صورت پذیرفت. ابتدا ویروس های پولیو تیپ های I و II و III در محیط کشت سلولی Hela تکثیر داده شد بعد از مراحل خالص سازی ویروس های پولیو توسط دستگاه اولترا سانتریفوژ 40000RPM برای مدت یک ساعت انجام گردید. جهت بررسی میزان تیتر آنتی بادی ویروس های پولیو به روش الیزا، میزان 30ug (میکروگرم) آنتی ژنهای ویروس های پولیو تیپ های I و II و III به حفرات پلیت الیزا اتصال (Coated) داده شد و آزمایش الیزا جهت تعیین میزان تیتر آنتی بادی پولی والانت پولیو ویروس ها به عمل آمد. شیوع ایمنی و عدم ایمنی در نمونه ها تعیین و در جامعه برآورد گردید. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> تحقیق بر روی 324 نفر به نسبت مساوی دختر و پسر و در سنین 3±8.4 انجام گرفت. 281 نفر (86.7%) از کودکان دارای آنتی بادی علیه ویروس های تیپ های I و II و III شدند. از لحاظ موارد میزان ایمنی اختلاف معنی داری بین گروه های کودکان واکسینه شده گروه سنی 10-7 ساله مشاهده نگردید. </p><p style="DIRECTION: rtl" align="justify"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> ایمنی به طور نسبی خوبی در کودکان واکسینه شده ملاحظه و پیشنهاد می گردد مطالعات ایمنی واکسیناسیون در دیگر قشرهای جامعه چون روستایی ها نیز پیگیری شود. </p> <p align="justify"><strong>History and Objectives:</strong> Considering the goal of WHO to eradicate the polio viruses type I, II and III and it is also executed by our health authorities, it is very important to immunize well the children. Therefore, this study was carried out to determine the degree of immunization following Polio vaccination in children at an age range of 7-10 years in Ahwaz. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The descriptive strategy of this study was performed on 324 samples of serum. At first, the polio viruses type I, II and III were cultured in Hela Medium and then the viruses were isolated by ultracentrifuge (40000 RPM) for one h. for determination of antibody titer of polio viruses, the ELISA method was used for which 30?g of related antigen was added. The immunization rate was determined in samples and then it was extrapolated to society. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Results: </strong>The study was performed on 324 cases consisting of male and female ones in equal ratio at an age of 8.4±3 years. It was found out that 281 cases (86.7%) had antibodies against viruses type I, II and III. Furthermore, there was no significant difference among groups with different degrees of immunization. </p><p align="justify"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> A high level of immunization was observed in immunized children.
